With the growth of our national economy and improvement of resident consumption power, the tourism industry has been rapidly developed. However, the tourism involves a wide range of aspects and many uncertain conditions, so it is very difficult to control the security issues when passengers travel. In order to change the current security conditions of the tourism industry, it is necessary to analyze the tourism emergency information mode to realize the tourism prediction and intelligent decision mechanism. However, the tourism emergency information is very scattered and difficult to collect and it contains many different types. How to obtain real time tourism emergency information in a relatively short time is a big problem to resolve. Based on this background, this paper studies the tourism emergency searching and acquisition technology based on web. This paper completes the following tasks:(1) Study the network crawler technology, Chinese word segmentation technology, web information abstraction technology, data indexing technology and structured storage technology and make necessary optimizations and customizations to these technologies. Make some improvements to the network crawler searching strategy, add the original information filter subsystem and modify the network address search priority to increase the specific information searching efficiency. Through these improvements, the search efficiency of network crawler has been greatly improved.(2) Implement a tourism emergency vertical search engine system. Make a specific network search for tourism emergency information; complete the specific tourism emergencies information extraction, complete the emergency information collection and structured work. This system can effectively extract specific tourism emergency information.(3) Put forward the method that uses the logic tourism emergency object property backfill technology to structure data information. Use the method of first classifying then extracting, the tourism emergency events will be first classified into different object types, each object type has some properties, and then each property will be backfilled based on the tourism emergency object types. This backfill method can effectively extract the object of various tourism emergency events and the information extraction accuracy rate has been greatly improved.(4) Implement a tourism emergency data query system. Make the inverted index for the tourism emergency information and the index of relevant text taken from web page. The tourism emergency query and customized inquiry of specific emergency properties can be done.Through the study on tourism emergency event information searching and acquisition based on web, this paper complete a web based tourism emergency search and information acquisition system which makes a very good foundation for the next step data mining and prediction of the tourism emergency prediction system.
