Risk Communication is a revolution to the risk dealing concept and propagation mode in the modern society. The ultimate goal of risk communication is to establish a stable and trustable risk communication network, in which risk amplification stations played an important role in risk amplification mechanism.The emergent of social media as microblog made the risk amplification station structure in risk communication network have changed, opinion leaders as an important risk amplification station has entered the risk communication system and made interactive communication with the government microblogs, media microblogs, NGO microblogs,all these actions changed the entire risk communication network structure.Microblog is a media whose information communication and diffusion mechanism is relationship network, the research of risk communication on microblog should focus on risk amplification stations. However, the current research is lack of the study on structure which includes the structures between risk amplification stations and the structure between stations and risk frames.Social network analysis theory is an important one to research relationship and structure, it is fit for the study of risk communication on microblog.Based on the above considerations, this dissertation uses a hybrid research approach, firstly, the second chapter build a fusion theoretical framework, combined with the risk amplification station research, risk communication research, risk framework research, social network theory, etc., through literature review. Then, through the typical case of risk amplification station study of social networks, thus the proposed theoretical framework for the concrete practice of rendering. The third chapter details the article chosen mixed research methods.Subsequent chapters of this study depend on the theoretical framework constructed in the previously qualitative research, the dissertation selected haze events happened in2013as typical case study to present concrete practice. The instance selection Sina microblog platform for the dissemination, through sampling,105risk amplification stations were chosen by sampling wasnetwork structure and the individual center network structure analysis,350influential microblogs were content analyzed, and structure between risk amplification stations and risk framework was studied.This4th chapter researched on risk amplification stations and the network structured of theirs to understand the different amplification station network location (center, edge).Chapter5th made content analysis to risk frames, and then, researched on the connection of the risk amplification stations and risk framework to know more about the willingness and build capacity of risk frames for stations. Chapter6th based on the above findings, tried to give some strategies for the government departments and government microblog, media, media practitioners and NGO depending on the structure positions and risk frames connections.
