A Study On The Situation Of The Severe Inflections In China And Their Impact On The National Population Security

Based on the analysis on the incidence of severe inflections in China, the data of death rate and disease variety, and the situation of their spreading in the world, this thesis firstly has described the causes and the trend of the severe inflections in our nation. Then through tracing the security, population security and national security, this thesis has discussed the theoretical background and practical root of these problems. Moreover, the trend of the severe inflections was examined from the aspect of security, and the close relation between the severe inflections and national population security was discussed and concluded as well. The severe inflections threaten public health directly and confine the social development heavily, while the population factor and social factor in turn have great influence on the developing trend of the severe inflection. An assumption of the possible biologic attack of certain inflection towards certain race was discussed further. Finally, the international cooperation on the control of severe inflections has been discussed. It was emphasized that to guarantee the national population security, the international cooperation in such non-traditional national security fields as the prevention of severe inflections should be strengthened.The innovation of this thesis lies in the establishment of the analysis frame on the severe inflections and national population security. With the employment of the demonstration method, the interrelation between the severe inflections and the national population security has been analyzed, including the content, means and effects of their mutual influence. Meanwhile, through comparison this thesis not only illustrated the general rules of the mutual influence between severe inflections and national population security, but also explained the particularities of this relation within certain temporal and spatial limitation. This study is helpful in cognizing the influence of the severe inflections on our national population security and is a theoretical attempt to combine the security theory with the diseases problem.There is a trend of"duality structure" in the new security theories in the world, which believes that "nation" and "people" are two parallel subjects, that "nation" functions as the means to realize the security more than the result, and that the security of human beings is more important than that of a nation. There is a close connection of the public health and social development with the control of the inflections. To improve the cognition of the inflections should be considered as the most significant aspect of the inflections control, which is the major purpose of this thesis.
