Pathogenesis And Epidemic Trend Of Tuberculosis Patients In Floating Population In Jinan From 2005 To 2015

Objective:To describe and analyze the 2005-2015 Jinan city in the epidemiological characteristics of tubercu and trends of tuberculosis in floating population in Jinan City,in order to provide a scientific basis for developing Jinan tuberculosis prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods:According to the Jinan municipal CDC newly registered TB patients medical records,entered into the Excel2010 software to edit,and then through the SPSS 19.0 data by univariate and multivariate statistical analysis,P<0.05 said the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.In 2005-2015 years,the incidence of tuberculosis in floating population in Jinan fluctuated,and it increased slowly in 2005-2007 years.It rose sharply in 2007-2008 years,decreased gradually in 2008-2013 years,and increased rapidly again in 2013-2015 years.2.The characteristics of tuberculosis in floating population in Jinan city in 2005-2015 showed that the patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis,sputum smear results in smear negative,the male is more than female,with age between 18-30 years old young adults,TB patients in floating population to flow up,occupation distribution to farmers in most patients.2005-2015 annual incidence of migrant workers and engaged in commercial service personnel proportion basically decreased,while the retired workers and domestic housework and unemployment increased.3.In Jinan,the chief source of tuberculosis among the floating population in Jinan is symptomatic visit,followed by referral,and the referral rate is 31.3%,,40.6%of the TB patients in the floating population were delayed treatment,mostly within 4-8 weeks after the onset of symptoms.4.The floating population in Jinan City,the incidence of tuberculosis is higher than that of the local population,the incidence rate of higher than the local population and young adults 18-30 years of age,there was no significant difference in terms of gender,the floating population and the local population with the highest incidence of farmers,but the floating population the incidence rate is higher than the native students.5.TB patients in floating population in Jinan city during 2005-2015 in the cure rate is very high,the total cure rate was 98.5%,of which the highest success rate of tuberculous pleurisy,treatment failure in migrant workers and students,accounting for 32.3%and 25.8%respectively.6.The single factor analysis of the influencing factors on the treatment effect of tuberculosis showed that occupation,delayed visit and sputum smear classification(smear positive)were the main factors influencing the treatment effect of TB.7.Multivariate logistic analysis of the factors influencing the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis showed that delayed treatment and sputum smear classification(smear positive)were the main factors affecting the treatment of tuberculosis.Conclusion:1.During 2005-2015,the incidence of tuberculosis in floating population in Jinan is higher than that in the local population,but there is no obvious trend,but generally speaking,there is fluctuation.2.The incidence of tuberculosis in floating population in Jinan city 2005-2015 years to 18-30 years old young men as the main disease groups,the flow of most farmers in the highest incidence,the incidence of students is higher than that of local people,nearly half of the patients is delayed.3.During 2005-2015,the floating population in Jinan cure rate of tuberculosis is very high,the total cure rate is 98.5%,the treatment failure of migrant workers and students based,the highest success rate of tuberculous pleurisy.4.Delayed medical treatment and sputum smear classification(Tu Yang)are the main factors affecting the treatment of tuberculosis.
