Under the background of army force reduction, the number of teacher leaving their job is increasing in military medical university. At the same time, those teachers who still work in university raise'survivor syndrome'easily, which might lead to teacher's turnover intention. In this situation some excellent teachers chose to leave. It is not beneficial to military medical university obviously. So it is very important to study how to reduce teacher's voluntary leaving the job and increase their commitment to the organization. It is believed that members in an organization are more likely to accomplish goals on behalf of their organizations if they are perceived committed. Therefore, the research aimed at the study of teacher's organizational commitment construction and it's relationship with human resource management and school's organizational performance in military medical university.This investigation was based on the theory of Mowday, Steers and Porter about antecedents and outcomes of organizational commitment. In this study teacher's organizational commitment were classified into two primary areas of inquiry: attitudes and behavior intension. Survey questionnaires and teachers interview were adopted to investigate the teacher's organizational commitment. The survey questionnaires developed according to the Porter's Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and the outcomes of teacher interview .The sample of this study consisted of teachers of the Third Military Medical University and the Fourth Military Medical University. The preliminary test and formal questionnaire data were collected from 113 and 157 teachers respectively.
