With the development and expansion of enterprises,the number of drawings within a company is rapidly increasing.Electronic engineering drawings have gradually replaced traditional paper drawings due to their high drawing accuracy,fast drawing speed and convenient storage.AutoCAD is a typical 2-D electronic drawing software and has been widely usedAlthough electronic drawings have many outstanding advantages compared to paper drawings,they are easy to be damaged and the information contained in them is easy to be leaked.The engineering drawings are the intellectual wealth of companies and the important trade secrets.Once leaked and damaged,it will bring huge losses to the company.In recent years,the number of electronic drawings has increased sharply,and the flow of drawings among enterprises has become more and more frequent.How to safely protect the information of drawings is an issue to be addressed.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the information security management technology of drawings according to the actual usage of drawings in the enterprise.Based on the engineering drawing management system,this paper studies the operation safety of engineering drawings and the safety of drawing information storage under the AutoCAD environment.First of all,it introduces the potential safety hazards and safety management methods of electronic documents,and analyzes the main methods and leaks of electronic engineering drawings.By the current status of integrated engineering drawing safety management to sum up the main directions of safety management and put forward the main research contents of this paper.Then,the main technical content of this paper is introduced in detail for the main research content,which includes the principle of Windows hook technology and the use of methods,AutoCAD secondary development of the common methods,the secondary development tools ObjectARX reactor class principle and automatic loading method,the traditional encryption and decryption algorithms.At the same time,the safety requirements of engineering drawings in actual use are analyzed,and the design goals of the system are proposed.According to the working principle of the system,the architecture of the system was selected and the technical route of each module was designed.Finally,this system is realized by using Visual Studio software and AutoCAD secondary development tools ObjectARX and SQL Server program interface design.According to the user's permission,the use of AutoCAD software has been monitored and limited.It uses ARX reactor technology to monitor and control AutoCAD print and save commands.Use the API HOOK technology to intercept the clipboard function,change its execution result,and control the copy and paste operation of AutoCAD.At the same time,the PrtSc key and software screenshot control are implemented.A transparent encryption/decryption module for drawings is designed and implemented.Without user's operation,the value of the entity attribute in the drawing is automatically extracted and the encryption/decryption algorithm is invoked to monitor the opening and closing operations of users and load the transparent encryption/decryption module.The database backup module is developed to enable users to complete database backup operations without directly contacting the database.At last,a solution to automatic backup of drawing files was proposed,which improved the system's disaster recovery.The system can monitor and manage user operations,effectively ensure the integrity of electronic drawings,and improve the system's disaster recovery capabilities.
