Frozen soil is the negative temperature or zero-temperature soil which contain ice, and it is the four-phase system ,which are solid mineral particle, ideal plastic ice inclusion, incorporated or liquid water and gas. Frozen soil is quite sensitive to temperature, which is grave influence to frozen soil structure, constitution and strength, then, it lead to frost heave and thaw collapse disease, which result in differential settlement, drumlin and roll plasma on the road foundation.In the thesis, the main research content is to design the intelligent monitoring system, with perennial frozen soil temperature change, which is to obtain stress condition on long-term monitoring test roadbed, then, monitoring data, which is on the roadbed site, is automatically conveyed to the computer out of one thousand kilometer in the office. Through the analysis of monitoring data, the general rule is gained about strain condition with temperature change, so it can provide frozen damage prevention data and theoretical proof.The main results of this paper are in detail listed in the following:It is studied about general stain monitoring methods of permafrost roadbed monitoring, and soil deforming present conditions is introduced at the home and abroadA high-precision stain measured module was designed. Using the Chip-microcomputer 89C51 and TCD1500C of CCD element, frozen soil internal strain measuring is transferred to transparent slot margin measuring, then measurement accuracy is 0.01mm through photo-sensitive CDD measuring.It is to design loop-timing circuit. It is important through battery cell in field test site. Continuous survey is not necessary because of slope process on frozen soil temperature and strain change, so the aim to design is to accomplish specified measuring. When used, it can be automatic work, not manual intervention. In the result, energy-saving is 98% of Continuous survey.Through research of GSM network and short message service, it is to design data end-receiver system for SIEMENS TC35 module, then design power circuit, auto-run circuit, SIM and chip-computer interface circuit, software is compiled to implement GSM module communication and control through chip-computer. It is to make use of GSM network in china mobile to remote wireless transmission scheme about monitoring data.It is to compile Chip-computer control program through C51 language. Through profound research of chip-computer high-level language, CCD operating principle, SMS communication protocol, PDU data-packaged and GSM communication order, it is compile CCD drive sequence program of chip-computer, data collector program, data preprocessor program, data-strapping and shot message Send and receiver program, et.al.It is to compile monitor center program through VC++. It is the task to receive short message data from field site, and assort, dispose and store data. Then, VC++ is the development tool to compile software, multiwire program is adopted on software structure. Communication program is to use Windows API function to program through event drive mode, so communication and control is completed PC on GSM device.Frozen soil deforming and temperature factors are analyzed. Frozen soil deforming factors consist of constitution, thaw collapse and frost heave, et.al. Intrinsic factor is key role for permafrost roadbed temperature, it is basic mechanism. External change, which influence permafrost soil fore and after change, is predisposing cause and impetus on roadbed temperature change,On the basis of prior development of frozen soil deforming monitoring system, it is to modify general scheme design, in the result, it is to save about 98% energy conservation, and make the system unmanned intelligent monitoring in effect.It is analyzed about deforming and temperature change of frozen soil, through the analyses of in-site data, it is to attain deforming and temperature change in different time and depth, so it provide credible result for frozen soil roadbed design.
