Train as a traffic instrument, its safety is the most concerned problem for the people. With the full-scale acceleration of main railways in our country, this problem is more remarkable. There are many fields included in the train safety monitoring. The operation monitorin of passenger train running gear is an important aspect of safety monitoring, china needs at this stage is the development of railways, as well as the future high-speed railway development. At present, The traditional method in this area in china is installing sensors in the bogie, sensors out all relevant information in the body : for example, vibration, pressure. How good access to the raw data collected for analysis and timely feedback to the control center, is the focus of the study , also is the core of this thesis.Wireless sensor networks is a random distribution of the integrated sensor data-processing module and the communications module , which constituted by small node network node , using a variety of sensors embedded in the surrounding environment to measur thermal infrared, sonar, radar and seismic signals, thereby detecting temperature, humidity, noise, light intensity, the pressure, soil composition, the size of mobile objects, speed and, direction and many other physical phenomena that we are interested in. In communication mode, we can use wireless, infrared light and other forms. In all wireless transmission, RF technology is short-range wireless communication technologies and low-power, so it is most suitable for sensor networks. For the sake of clarity. Generally, we call it wireless sensor networks.According to system's actual requirements, and in accordance with the current wireless transmission theory, we use the MC13192 as wireless transceiver, design and Implementation of the wireless sensor networks of train safety monitoring. The sensor networks detect the running gear of train real-time and real-time wireless transmission to the treatment center. Fault detection and timely notice the worker, provide efficient and effective monitoring way for protect the safety and solve the alignment of transmission problems. In this paper, we discuss the hardware and software on a network of sensors, and introduced the wireless sensor network design, hardware and software programming.
