In this thesis, the developing situation of real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of construction vehicle is introduced. At the same time, the necessity of wireless monitoring of construction vehicle's operating parameters is pointed out. The wireless monitoring system of operating parameters applies to the wireless controlled construction vehicle. The system realizes the real-time monitoring of ten operating parameters and the three-level alarm on fault parameters to keep a close watch on whether the wireless controlled construction vehicle works well or not. Moreover, the fault parameters' memorizing and inquiring will provide reference for fault diagnosing, maintaining and servicing of the vehicle.The overall structure of the wireless monitoring system is presented briefly. And the monitored parameters are specified and the alarm values are defined. The hardware design project and principle are presented in detail, including the sensor and the single-chip microcomputer select, the signal processing circuit, the real-time clock circuit, the alarm circuit, the wireless receiving and transmitting circuit, the extension of FLASH memorizer, the key-board circuit and USB interface circuit, etc. As the counterpart, the software function modules are presented as well, including the main program of transmitter and receiver, the data acquisition and processing module, the display function module, the key function module, the three-level alarm on fault parameters module, the fault parameters' memorizing and inquiring module and the wireless transmitting and receiving module, etc. In the design of the system, the requirement of electromagnetic immunity (EMC) had been given sufficient consideration, and effective anti-interference measures applied to hardware, software and PCB board had been taken. In thesis' end, these measures are also introduced briefly.
