The DCG (Dynamic electrocardiogram) which could trace patient's heart activity continuously is essential for clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Whether the ECG (Electrocardiograph) monitoring equipment could capture the arrhythmia exactly and in time, is the key factor affecting the judgment to the state of illness and subsequent therapy. Therefore, it is great significant to research high performance ECG monitor in clinic. With the development of the computer technology and the telecommunication technology, detecting circuit and digital transmission are more and more microminiaturized, intellectualized, integrated and lowly-consumed. Moreover,the use of radio technology in constructing the wireless transmission module of data acquisition could reduce the cable connection between systems. And this wireless transmission module could be carried conveniently and applied widely, being able to be used under ordinary conditions or outdoors in some temporary monitoring situations besides under the clinical monitoring. Thus, it is significant in practice to study the miniaturized and the integrated ECG monitoring system based on radio transmitting and receiving.Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the researches on ECG monitoring techniques at home and abroad. Then, the characteristics of human general physiology signal and the traits of the ECG signal are analyzed. Base on wireless receiving and transmitting chip nRF24E1, a ECG monitoring system is designed This paper focused on the researches on design of receiving and transmitting circuit, system controlling software and wireless communication flow. Finally, the hardware and software requirements of the wireless ECG monitoring system, and the methods and results of the system debugging are given.Here in this study, a wireless ECG monitoring system is developed. In this system, portable ECG collection module has a lot of excellence such as handiness, portable and etc. The ECG signal disposal module has good man-machine interface and is easily operated. The system's software is programmed by LabVIEW which has graphic programming environment, can analyze the frequency spectrum of ECG and store the data of the signals and the values of the character parameters and has also functions of display and playback.The debugging results indicated that this developed system meets the expected design requirements in function.
