With the increasing demand of the whole power system automation level,a large number of transmitters need to be used to convert the field signal to the signal which is suitable for the remote transmission and the acquisition unit.Isolated power system transmission device is diverse and complex,a variety of non-standard transmitter brings inconvenience to the actual measurement,the traditional transmitter due to its lower automation level has been unable to meet the demand of power system in the future.With the development of power system automation level of equipment have become increasingly demanding,accuracy and reliability requirements of the transmitter are increasingly high,therefore we need to design a universal intelligent high speed data processing can also have intelligent self-test capability transmission module to complete the general signal intelligence transmission.This paper is based on the transmitter application in Liaoning Shenyang area,a design supports multiple input and can realize intelligent transmitter programming,the device not only support resistance,voltage and current signal input current and output voltage signal,but also can realize the programmable parameters and correction precision,also can through communication protocol of transmission module remote parameter setting and correction,to cover all types of substation of transmission.The application of general signal transmission module of intelligent substation can not only reduce the need to configure various types of transmitter resource cost,and greatly improve the automation level of the transmission signal,the working efficiency and transmission accuracy,has a positive significance to the development of intelligent transmitter.
