In the new product development domain, how to realize the product performance, the price, the best time appears on the market, make the product more suitable, competitive and higher added value in the target market, are always the focal point which the business community, the academic circles highly pays attention to. This paper proposed the product customer satisfaction index (PCSI) as the guideline to weight product performance, the price, and the time to appear on the target market, and establishing product design flow based on the development of PCSI, constructing the interactive system for the new product design, production and use. We can correctly and objectively grasp the customer demands, excavate the product innovation spot, improve the performance of the product, reduce the price and grasp the time of developing new product, through the measurement, evaluation and prediction of PCSI. Thus we also solve the match problem among new product performance, the price and the time to appear on the target market.According to the above thought, this paper proposed and established the basic theory skeleton of PCSI, clear about the definition and conceptual model of PCSI, and also include content and the characteristic of PCSI, based on detail analysis and summary of domestic and foreign resent research result. And also, we proved that PCSI is an correct index which can reflected the match relations well among the product performance, the price, and the time appears on the target market from our simulation. At the same time, PCSI also has characteristics includes comprehensive, fashion, regional and so on. In order to realize the thought above, the main tasks of this paper focus on the following things: First it established PCSI target measurement system, which was done by studying the relationship with product overall index of satisfaction and the divided the target satisfaction, the goal of PCSI measurement, the principle, the plan and the procedure, the design of target, the standard, the size, the target factor weight as well as the organization and the realization of PCSI measurement. Second it gave out the PCSI target explanation use fuzzy mathematics, as well as the limitation of fuzzy genetic algorithm, which can also be used in PCSI target analysis. At the same time, this paper studied and analyzed the confidence level and its validation method of PCSI target measurement. And then, based on the measurement foundation described above and the partial least square regression method, this paper established the PCSI evaluation and the predictive model, and derived the PCSI regression equation and formula of the factor weightαj of product price and performance and so on, the cross validation as well as the PCSI analysis computation diagram. All of these had laid the foundation for the PCSI analysis and application. Based on the basic PCSI model described above, this paper then used least square method to derived the formula which can be used to derived the value at K+1 time from recent K times value, and at the same time, introduced the forgetting factorλ, through unceasingly append the new PCSI data to the predictive model to improve the model's predictive precision. This paper had also discussed the validity of PCSI predictive value, and considered that by analysis the rule of random error change, we can judge that if the predictive value is validate. Finally, this paper proposed a method for deciding innovative product design parameter - -DPFCS design method which is focus on the development of product customer satisfaction, included DPFCS theory basis, deciding method and principle. All of these provided the theory basis for...
