With the development of society, more and more people tend to pursue individualization.It is an effective way to meet the people’s individual requirement by studying the connotation of the traditional culture,which will be melted in the product to improve the cultural content of the product, so as to make the product innovation design.Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is the extraction and expression technology of the design factors contained in the traditional culture,which will be applied in the product design in order to enhance the cultural connotation of products and achieve product innovation, promote the heritage of traditional culture,as well.In the paper,the author research on the extraction of shape, color, pattern and content factor implicated in traditional culture,which will be applied in product design,as well as the acquisition, expression and storage methods and techniques of traditional culture elements.The paper divides the traditional culture elements into recessive and dominant genes,dominant genes include shape, color, material, pattern gene and recessive gene is mainly about the connotation of traditional culture gene.Then the cultural elements(genes) extraction model will be constructed. The paper analyze the product application cases of traditional culture, construct cases of products cultural elements information database; the author studies of user groups and cultural characteristics based on Ethnography,and then use flow analysis model to analyze the target group’s behavior, characteristics and psychological characteristics,in order to obtain the implicit shape demand to build the model of the target group of the culture. Analyzing of the relationship between the content of culture and the satisfaction degree of user in the product modeling and packaging,the author constructs the user community satisfaction evaluation index system,and builds product optimization model based on the satisfaction of the target group to explore the product modeling and innovative packaging design method and technology based on target user’s satisfaction. The paper take the persimmon packaging design and dried persimmon modeling of zhuang li as an example to explain.
