Today the world is undergoing a knowledge and information explosion era, whenusers select products, what they take into account are not only the appearance andquality of product, however, the experience of which the process users use theproducts becomes more and more important.The article mainly from the process that users use the products, take therefrigerator as an example; Emphatically analysis several factors that how theusers evaluate the products: products, users and the designers; the users, are theprincipal part of the experienced, and decide the design requirements;The emotionsfrom which the experience of using the products is the important part of the productsdesign. What it is the experience value of using the product.Designer’s mainresponsibilities is to capture the habit and behavior of the users when using a productby observation or investigation followed by quantitative analysis. Begin from the heperspective of users, Analysis of elements of a purchase decision,which includesbefore buying,buying,after buying,the moral action under the three situation,according to these information, build a satisfaction evaluation system for theRefrigerator industry, and the expectations of users,then the user according to theevaluation index satisfaction testing, data analysis and its priority to design,established a solid foundation for the consolidation of product design anddevelopment. By using in the project evaluation system, to verify the hypothesis: theoverall evaluation of products to experience the satisfaction theory as the guide, andthe guidance to enterprise and product design.Nowadays, people pursuit and look forward to the necessities of life will not onlypay attention to material function improved, but it has the life emotion, more productsand considerate to users, ease emotional dissatisfaction, to make human beings andthe environment, social harmony and unity of the product. Moreover, methods ofproduct competition between enterprises is not only the indexes of the products andservices to measure, but is mainly formed of customer experience and evaluation ofthe enterprise and the product by the customer experience, satisfaction, so it candesign deeply considering the user experience to make our products more perceptionand vitality.
