The essence of product innovation is to provide ideal conceptual design programme.Combining TRIZ,QFD and analogy design knowledge,the concept of product design innovation process model is established,which can be used to better drive product innovation.This paper mainly focuses on the four modules:(1)Conflict detection module based on TRIZ and QFD:Conflicts can be discovered in the product system through QFD,then TRIZ and analogy design method is used to transfer the similar characteristics of the successful examples to the products to be designed.At last,we can get valuable creative ideas to complete the creative design.(2)Search module of example principle solution based on TRIZ.With the application of functional quantitative analogy in conceptual integration innovation design and from the product function,structure and user needs analysis,a process model based on TRIZ and functional analog source design is proposed.Then,the functional similarity matrix based on product function structure model is established.A conceptual design process model based on TRIZ and functional analogy is proposed,and the model is applied to the design of the concept of product innovation in the UV lampblack purifier to verify the feasibility and validity of the model.(3)Functional principle design module based on analogy design.Starting from the characteristics of product features,this paper presents a new feature expression model which includes the process of action,the object of action and the conditions of action.According to the similarity between gene evolution and product evolution,a functional gene model of product is constructed on the basis of functional feature model,and the variation mechanism of functional gene is also introduced.The designer uses the UXD,which is a variant of the target gene,to transfer it to the gene model of target function.A process model of product integrated innovation design based on TRIZ,QFD and functional gene analogy is proposed,and the operation steps of the model are described in detail.(4)Synthesis and evaluation of schemes module based on genetic algorithm.By using the integrated module of genetic algorithm,this paper makes a comprehensive plan for all kinds of innovative ideas of the intelligent mower device.This paper presents a new structure of intelligent mower device,and the scheme is evaluated to verify the feasibility of the new intelligent mower.Finally,with the help of the project example,both the product innovation process model based on TRIZ,QFD and analogy design and the applicability and efficiency of the method based on genetic algorithm are verified.This research will provide some reference for the application and research of the product integrated innovation design method.
