This research focused on introducing idea of national data infrastructure in geological data and information management and discussed how to realize integration of geological data and processing method by SVG and Web services.Along with the development of geological information technology, many databases with independent data acquisition, processing and service standards have been developed. Obvious characters of these geological databases are complexity, multiple-scale, spatiality and huge in quantity. It is not only difficult to share data, but hard to carry out synthetic processing and integration in the status of today's geological databases somehow like "information isolated island".Using method of building geological survey spatial database with Oracle9i Spatial and taking advantage of data service based on XML standard and data transform tools, The paper illustrates how to realized geological survey spatial data integration by practice. By means of Internet map distribution with XML, the paper has also realized geological survey spatial data distribution on the Web with WebGIS techniques.Because the geophysical data is an important part of geological survey spatial data and the geophysical data needs the specialized data processing method to be able to carry on further interpretation and application, the article has realized integration of geophysics data process methods service and gravity anomaly inversion on Internet based on XML Web Services and SVG. These services are griding, contour mapping, regularization filtering, potential field continuation, one-order derivatives, magnetism and gravity anomaly transformation and anomaly separation from the background. These geology data process web services have features of highly intergration and share. This thesis was supported by a sub-project "Grid Application Software development and Integration" of national 863 High-Tech project "ResourceEnvironment Application Grid Construction Development" and a 863 project" Spatial Data Management System for Geological Survey based on GIS ".
