The research content of this thesis is about the on-going national scientific data share -- one of the key technologies of the project "building of territory resource scientific data center". Geology scientific data integration, is to normalize the data format and projection transformation of multi-source geology scientific data, so as to help the superposing and analyzing of different pictures layer, then to help the processing of the technology for online publishing, and to help the setup of technical procedure for the processing and publishing of geology scientific data. It has important realistic meanings for engineer construction of scientific data share.First, ArcGIS based normalized integration.The diversity and complexity of space data of GIS poses a challenge for geological data share. In this work, we first set up standards for normalized integration, including unified data format and space reference information. Then we give the process of integration. Concretely speaking, we analysis the status of current data, and modify the format of data produced in old platform so that the incompatibility between the data and current software can be eliminated to a great degree; for data containing some small mistakes, we adjust it by hand; with respect to missed space information, we use re-projection to restore it; in terms of problems confronted when integrating multi-source data, re-projection and space-adjustment is employed to deal with it; collect documents and GIS based relation databases; built new space databases; integrating existing space databases.Secondly, development WebGIS system based on ArcIMS for Internet share.First we present the flow of development of WebGIS system, environments for ArcIMS, the method for production of map-configuration, the build of map-service, the selection and development of client module. In terms of access speed of client, we adopt figure compression and scale limitation; In terms of factor search and hyper-link service, we set up appropriate factor dimension; In terms of multi-pattern search, we implement double search (i.e., "figure to attribute" and "attribute to figure"), embodying the powerful search function of GIS system; In terms of related information of some data collections, we integrate these material, transform them to Pdf, or develop hyper-link service of space factors.The set-up of WebGIS implement basic browse function, such as zoom-up, zoom-in, ramble and move, and provide multi-pattern search, simple space analysis, data download and so on. The system is safe and stable.
