Objective: To formulate a clinical treatment plan for insomnia of heart and gallbladder Qi deficiency type based on the theory of five elements motions and six climatic changes,observe whether the operation is simple in clinical experiments,and test the therapeutic effect,to provide an effective simple and easy-to-use acupoint matching plan for acupuncture treatment of insomniaMethods: 60 cases of insomnia of heart and gallbladder Qi deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was based on the theory of five elements motions and six climatic changes combined with conventional syndrome differentiation acupuncture;the control group was only treated with conventional acupuncture.The special acupoint selection method under the guidance of five elements motions and six climatic changes is according to the Middle Movement,the Celestial Manager Qi,the Zai Quan Qi(qi in the earth),the Host climatic Qi and the Guest climatic Qi of acupuncture time.Shen mai(both sides at the same time)is selected as strong stimulation cathartic method,One side needling Tai yuan and Pian li with catharsis,the other side is treated with Tai chong + Guang ming nourishing method,the two sides exchange method nest day.Both groups were treated for 21 days with one day off every 6 days.PSQI and TC syndrome score scale were compared before and after treatment,and the results were evaluated and statistically analyzed.Result:1.After treatment,no patients were cured in the two groups.The total effective rate of the simple routine acupuncture group was 73.33%.The total effective rate was 83.33% in the clinical acupoint selection group based on the the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes.The curative effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed,P < 0.05,showing a statistical difference.It is proved that the clinical acupoint selection program guided based on the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes is more effective than the conventional acupuncture program in the treatment of insomnia of heart and gallbladder Qi deficiency type.2.After the treatment,two groups in the PSQI scale and TCM scale of all the cases improved(P < 0.05),the overall improvement extent five-elements motions and six climatic changes guide clinical acupuncture treatment group is superior to the control group(P < 0.05),but in some breakdown of the projects between the two groups there are no statistical difference(P > 0.05)that is relatively close to improve situation.Conclusion:1.The two schemes of simple conventional acupoint selection and clinical acupoint selection guided by the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes can both improve the sleep condition of patients with insomnia of Insomnia of heart and gallbladder Qi deficiency type,and the clinical effect is significant.2.The clinical acupoint selection program based on the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes is superior to the simple conventional acupuncture in the overall clinical efficacy and most of the PSQI and TCM subdivision indexes of insomnia patients with heart and gallbladder Qi deficiency type,which can be used as a simple and effective combination therapy based on conventional acupuncture...
