Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Longsha Kai-he Six Climatic Factors Acupuncture Method For Treatment Of Moderate To Severe Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:Observe the difference between the short and long term effects of Longsha kai-he six climatic factors acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of moderate and severe allergic rhinitis,and to inquire into the efficacy of Longsha kai-he six climatic factors acupuncture method in the treatment of moderate and severe allergic rhinitis,for provide treatment thoughts for allergic rhinitis,and to provide reference for the clinical application of Longsha kai-he six climatic factors acupuncture method.Content:To record the score of the total score of nasal symptoms(TNSS),total score of concomitant symptoms of rhinitis(TNNSS),and nasal conjunctivitis quality of life scale(RQLQ)of patients before and after treatment and 3 months after treatment.After data analysis,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Longsha kai-he six climatic factors acupuncture method in the treatment of this disease.Discuss the understanding of TCM on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,summarize the understanding of modern physicians on the treatment principles and methods of the disease,as well as the research progress of modern medicine on the pathogenesis and conduction pathway of the disease and clinical recommended treatment methods.Under the guidance of the theory of "five evolutive phases and six climatic factors" and "opening and closing pivot",this study explored the therapeutic mechanism of the treatment of this disease with the method of Longsha kai-he six climatic factors acupuncture method.Finally,summarize the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease in the past decade.Methods:80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(Longsha kai-he six climatic factors acupuncture method)and the control group(conventional acupuncture)with 40 cases each.In the Longsha kaihe six climatic factors acupuncture method group,acupoints were selected:Jueyin,Taiyang,and Taiyin,and then 1 area was selected according to the patient’s symptoms or signs.Point selection in the conventional acupuncture group:Shangyingxiang(both side),Yintang,Fengmen(both side),Zusanli(both side).Lung-qi deficiency and coldness match with Feishu and Qihai,spleen-qi deficiency match with Pishu and Weishu,and kidneyyang deficiency match with Shenshu and Mingmen.Both groups were treated once every other day,three times a week,for four consecutive weeks.According to the telephone follow-up results of the two groups before and after treatment and 3 months after treatment,SPSS26.0 was used to statistically analyze the collected scores and compare the difference of curative effect between the two groups.Results:The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.5%and 80%,respectively,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The analysis of intragroup data showed that the scores of TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ of patients in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),indicated that both treatments could improve nasal symptoms and quality of life of patients.After treatment,the scores of the above indexes were compared between groups,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The follow-up results of 3 months after treatment showed that the two groups had good long-term effect,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group is better.Conclusion:Both the Longsha kai-he six climatic factors acupuncture method and the conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of this disease,improve the quality of life and learning of AR patients,and the efficacy of the Longsha kai-he six climatic factors acupuncture method group is better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Conventional acupuncture is guided by the traditional zang-fu meridian theory,and the Longsha kai-he six climatic factors acupuncture method is guided by the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,and opening and closing pivot theory.On the basis of disease differentiation,attention is paid to the impact of external climate change on the pathogenesis of human diseases,and more comprehensive analysis of disease etiology and pathogenesis.In addition,compared with conventional acupuncture,,the Longsha kaihe six climatic factors acupuncture method in the treatment of this disease has a concise acupoint selection and definite short and long term effect,which is expected to reduce the recurrence rate of this disease.
