Based On The Theory Of Five Evolutive Phases And Six Climates,the Correlation Between Innate Yunqi Endowment And Disease Tendency And TCM Syndrome Characteristics In Lupus Nephritis Was Discussed

Objective: Under the guidance of the theory of five evolutive phases and six climates,the correlation between innate Yunqi and acquired disease tendency,congenital Yunqi and TCM syndrome in patients with lupus nephritis was explored,the dangerous Yunqi factors of lupus nephritis patients were summarized,and the correlation between innate Yunq I and TCM syndrome of this disease was explored,aiming to prevent the occurrence of disease in a targeted manner and provide ive evolutive phases and six climates ideas for the treatment of the disease.Methods: In this study,131 patients with lupus nephritis who met the inclusion criteria and were hospitalized in the Department of nephrology and rheumatology of Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 20,2022(Great Cold)to January 20,2023(Great Cold)were collected,including name,sex,age,date of birth,characteristics of TCM syndromes,etc.The collected date of birth was deduced into five evolutive phases and six climatic factors data,including year evolutive phase,host climatic qi,guest climatic qi,and Sitian-Zaiquan.Descriptive research method was used to analyze the distribution of congenital Yunqi characteristics by using the goodness of fit test of non-parametric test with the theoretical distribution as the control,and the dangerous Yunqi factors of the tendency were deduced according to the distribution law of congenital Yunqi.Chi-square test was used to analyze the correlation between congenital Yunqi and syndrome,and Logistic regressi.Result:1.The distribution characteristics of birth date Yunqi in 131 patients with lupus nephritis:(1)The Zhuqi highest proportion(17.56%)was Taishui(P=0.004),which was statistically significant compared with the theoretical distribution(P < 0.01);(2)The Zhuqi was Taiyin Shitu(P=0.004),accounting for 25.95%,which had a significant difference from the theoretical distribution(P<0.01).(3)The Keqi Taiyang Hanshui(P=0.009)accounted for the highest proportion of 25.19%,which was statistically significant compared with the theoretical distribution(P<0.01).The proportion of Shaoyin Junhuo(P=0.032)was 23.66%,which was statistically different from the theoretical distribution(P<0.05).(4)The nproportion of Shaoyin Junhuo(Sitian)-Yangming Zaojin(Zaiquan)(P=0.032)was 23.66%,which was statistically different from the theoretical distribution(P<0.05).2.According to the above statistical results,it is concluded that the risk endowment factors for lupus nephritis include: Suiyun is Taishui,Zhuqi is Tayin Shitu,Keqi is Taiyang Hanshui and Shaoyin Junhuo,Shaoyin Junhuo(Sitian)-Yangming Zaojin(Zaiquan).3.Distribution of medical symptoms among 131 patients with lupus nephritis:42 patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency accounted for 32.06%,32 patients with rheumatic fever accounted for 24.43%,15 patients with yin deficiency and internal fever accounted for 11.45%,18 patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency accounted for 13.74%,10 patients with qi and blood deficiency accounted for 7.63%,9 patients with heat poison evidence accounted for 6.87%,and 5 patients with heat stasis and paralysis accounted for 3.82%.4.The correlation between congenital luck and TCM syndromes in 131 patients with lupus nephritis:(1)In the distribution relationship between TCM syndromes and Suiyun,there was statistical significance in the distribution difference between liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and Suiyun deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),among which the Shaoshui was the most.According to the results of Logistic regression analysis,the probability of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome in those with Shaoshui was higher than that in those with Taihuo,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the key factor for the formation of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome was that the date of birth on Suiyun is Shaoshui.(2)In the distribution relationship between TCM syndroms and Keqi,there was a statistically significant difference between liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and Keqi distribution(P<0.05),among which Shaoyin Junhuo distribution was the most.According to the results of Logistic regression analysis,the probability of patients with Shaoyin Junhuo on the date of birth was higher than those with Jueyin Fengmu on the date of birth,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Shaoyin Junhuo on the date of birth was the key factor in the formation of liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.(3)In the relationship between the distribution of symptoms and Keqi in traditional Chinese medicine,the difference between rheumatic fever and Keqi distribution was statistically significant(P<0.05),among which the distribution of Taiyang Hanshui the largest.According to the results of logistic regression analysis,the probability of liver and kidney yin deficiency in those with a date of birth who was to the Keqi Taiyang Hanshui was higher than that of those with Keqi Yangming Zaojin date of birth,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.The congenital Yunqi of patients with lupus nephritis has a certain distribution law,and it can be inferred that the dangerous Yunqi endowment of lupus nephritis is: Suiyun is Taishui,Zhuqi is Tayin Shitu,Keqi is Taiyang Hanshui and Shaoyin Junhuo,Shaoyin Junhuo(Sitian)-Yangming Zaojin(Zaiquan).2.TCM symptoms are related to innate Yunqi factors.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the key Yunqi factors of liver and kidney yin deficiency in lupus nephritis were Zhuqi Shaoshui and Keqi Shaoyin Junhuo;Rheumatic fever is related to Keqi at birth,and the results of logistic regression analysis show that the key Yunqi factor in the symptom of rheumatic fever in lupus nephritis is Keqi Taiyang Hanshui.In clinical treatment,lupus nephritis can be prevented before the disease is carried out according to the above dangerous Yunqi endowment factors,and the treatment guided by the congenital luck theory is carried out for those who have been ill,that is,according to the Yunqi endowment of the tendency to infer the body’s congenital yin and yang,the prosperity and decline of the five elements,and the treatment can use the principle of adjusting the innate yin and yang and the five elements to treat the acquired internal organs and treat the disease in a targeted manner.
