| Objective : This subject is mainly guided by the theory of five Elements and standardized a set of effective acupuncture therapy based on the theory of five elements and standardized according to clinical data.By observing the clinical efficacy and treatment characteristics to determine the efficacy and advantages of acupuncture therapy based on the theory of five elements to select points to treat insomnia, laying a foundation for the promotion of acupuncture therapy based on the theory of five elements to select points. Methods: 72 patients with simple insomnia who met the criteria were included, and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with basic treatment. The treatment group was determined to select acupuncture points and treated with acupuncture according to the constitution identification of five elements person theory. The control group was treated with oral drugs. The control group was treated once a day for 7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment, with 2 days rest between each course of treatment. The clinical indexes of insomnia,TCM syndrome indexes,Pittsburgh Sleep quality index(PSQI)and polysomnography(PSG)of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment, and the therapeutic differences and advantages of the treatment methods between the treatment group and the control group were evaluated respectively.Results:1.Gender,age,duration of disease and clinical indicators of insomnia were compared between the two groups before treatment, indicating no statistical significance at baseline level(P>0.05).2 There were statistically significant differences in clinical index scores,TCM syndrome scores,PSQI and polysomnography(PSG)between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There were statistically significant differences in sleep factors of PSQI between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, there were significant differences in sleep quality, sleep time, sleeping time, sleep disorders and daytime function(P<0.05).4 There were statistically significant differences in PSG indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, the number of awakening at night and sleep latency were longer(S3%+S4%),and the difference between them was significant(P<0.05).5 Clinical efficacy evaluation of the two groups after treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.36% and the control group 86.83%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the acupuncture group and the oral drug group based on the Wuxingren theory can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and have certain clinical efficacy.Compared with the scores before treatment,TCM syndrome score, insomnia clinical index score,PSQI and PSG score There has been significant improvement; The clinical effect of acupuncture group on insomnia based on the theory of five elements and people is better than that of oral medicine group.2.Acupuncture method based on the theory of Wuxingren was superior to oral drugs in improving the score of post-waking difficulty, sleep evaluation, difficulty falling asleep, sleep latency and sleep efficiency.3.Acupoint selection method based on the theory of Wuxingren is safe and has no side effects, and should be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice. |
