| Objective:Through the analysis of the rheumatoid arthritis patients at birth and the onset of rheumatoid arthritis five-elements motions and six climatic changes factors and the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis,for the prevention of rheumatoid arthritis in traditional Chinese medicine theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes.Methods:Retrospective case-control study design was used to select 192 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were hospitalized in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital from January 20,2020 to January 19,2023(day of Dahan in the year of Ji Hai to the day before Da Han in the year of Ren Yin)and met the inclusion criteria through the electronic medical record system.Meanwhile,192 non-rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly selected as the control group.The age,gender,date of birth,and onset time of the two groups of patients were collected.Based on the deduction rules recorded in the "Yunqi Seven Articles" of the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon,a function was edited,and data preprocessing was performed in Microsoft Office 2019 version of Excel software to establish a database.The processed database was analyzed using SPSS 27.0 statistical software,and the effects of individual five-elements motions and six climatic changes factors on the onset of rheumatoid arthritis were analyzed using general statistical description,rank-sum test,and chi-square test.Finally,the factors with statistically significant differences were included in binary logistic regression analysis to explore the pattern of rheumatoid arthritis incidence in Nanchang region.result:1.According to the general data,there was no significant difference in the gender ratio between the case group and the control group in terms of age at onset,onset constitution,and temperament,as the P values were all greater than 0.05.Therefore,it cannot be considered that there is a significant difference in gender ratio between the two groups.In the case group,the proportion of female cases was slightly higher than that of male cases.In addition,the age data of both groups were normally distributed,and there was no significant difference between the ages of the two groups after the age rank sum test.In the case group,the highest proportion of cases occurred in the age group of 60-70 years old.2.According to the data from the analysis of the Five Element Birth Chart,the difference in the primary element of water not being timely for the case group and the control group reached statistical significance(P < 0.05).The differences in the other factors of birth year element,birth guest element,onset year element,onset constitution element,and onset guest element were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.According to the data from the analysis of the Six Qi Birth Chart,the differences in the birth year guest and primary elements,specifically the combination of Taiyang Cold Water-Yangming Dry Metal(guest generates primary),Taiyin Wet Earth-Taiyang Cold Water(primary overcomes guest),and Yangming Dry Metal-Taiyin Wet Earth(guest generates primary),reached statistical significance(P < 0.05).The differences in the other factors of birth primary element,birth guest element,onset celestial stem element,onset primary element,onset guest element,and the combination of onset year guest and primary elements were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.According to the data from the analysis of the Compatibility of Luck Factor,there was no significant difference in the compatibility of luck between the case group and the control group in terms of birth and onset situations,as the P values were all greater than 0.05.Conclusions:The incidence of rheumatoid arthritis in Nanchang area has a certain correlation with the main transportation of the patient’s birth and the birth of the guest,which shows that the onset of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is affected by the factor of the five-elements motions and six climatic changes.Rheumatoid arthritis provides a reference for thinking of the five-elements motions and six climatic changes. |
