Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of manipulation based on the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes. Methods: Sixty-three patients with cervical spondylosis who were hospitalized in the Fifth Department of Bone Injury,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January20,2022 to January19,2023(The first day of the Great Cold Day in the Year of Xin Chou and the day before the Great Cold Day in the Year of Ren Yin)were selected and randomly divided into control group 31cases、observation group 32 cases,Actual completion of 30 cases in the case control group and 30 cases in the observation group. The observation group was treated follow the scriptures massage manipulation based on the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes while the control group was treated with conventional massage manipulation(edited by Fang Min and Wang Guijin, the textbooks of massage in the 14 th Five-Year Plan of Chinese medical colleges and universities across the country). The patients in the two groups were treated 2 times a day, each time about20 minutes,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment. The VAS score,NDI score 、CASCS score and Cervical range of motion values of the two groups of patients were collected before,at the end of treatment and 3 months after treatment. The data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 software to evaluate the two groups of programs clinical efficacy and safety. Results: 1.The basic data of the two groups of subjects were compared. The age, weight and course of disease were tested by two independent samples, and the t value and corresponding P value were all>0.05;Chi-square test was used for gender comparison,χ 2=0.271,and the corresponding P=0.602>0.05.The differences were not statistically significant and were comparable.2.Compared with the overall clinical effect, the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.33% and 80.00%respectively,with a obviously difference(P=0.037<0.05),It shous that the clinical effect of follow the scriptures massage based on the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is better than that of the conventional massage alone.3.The VAS score,NDI total score and CASCS total score of the two groups at the end of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment were significantly improved with those before treatment(P<0.05),which proved that massage manipulation had a good efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and had a certain sustained effect. The two groups were compared and analyzed, and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups at the end of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment(P <0.05);indicating that massage manipulation based on the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes has more advantages in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.4.Comparison of NDI detailed scores of the two groups: within the group, the scores at the end of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The NDI detailed scores of the two groups were compared between groups, there was no difference between groups(P>0.05)before treatment, and the two groups had no differences in headache, sleep, and There were significant differences in reading, while there were no differences between groups(P>0.05)in personal care, driving, and recreation.5.Comparison of CASCS rules scores of the two groups: within the group, the scores were significantly increased at the end of treatment and 3months after the end of treatment(P<0.05).The CASCS detailed scores of the two groups were compared between groups, and there was no difference between groups(P>0.05)before treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups at the end of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment(P<0.05).6.The cervical spine mobility of the two groups at the end of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment was significantly improved(P<0.05)compared with the intra-group analysis before treatment, indicating that massage manipulation had a good effect on improving cervical spine range of motion, and the effect was long-lasting.The two groups were compared and analyzed, and there was no difference between groups(P>0.05)between the two groups before treatment, and there were significant differences(P<0.05)at the end of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment, indicating that the massage group based on luck theory had a more significant effect than the conventional massage group in improving the patient’s cervical spine mobility.Conclusion:1.Follow the scriptures massage manipulation based on the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes with conventional massage manipulation have obvious effects on the treatment of cervical spondylosis, which can effectively relieve neck pain and improve the quality of daily life.2.Follow the scriptures massage manipulation based on the theory of five-elements motions and six climatic changes is more effective than the conventional massage manipulation in improving the pain and activities of daily life of patients, and the recent effect is better.
