Study On The Rule Of Five-elements Motions And Six Climatic Changes In The Pathogenesis Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:By collecting relevant information of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Department of endocrinology of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we analyzed the rule of Five-elements Motions and Six Climatic Changes in the date of birth and onset date of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,so as to diagnose and prevent diabetic peripheral neuropathy to provide new ideas and methods.Methods:This study adopts a retrospective research method to collect basic data of 439 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to June 2019 through the electronic medical record system,according to the five-elements motions and six Climatic Changes deduction method.Calculate the patient’s year evolutive phase at birth,celestial manager qi and qi in the earth,host climatic qi,guest climatic qi,eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors,luck combination,and observe the luck distribution of patients with diabetic neuropathy,analyze the difference in luck distribution by goodness-of-fit chi-square test,and summarize the distribution of luck at birth and onset.Results:1.General information:In the gender distribution,there are more male patients than female patients.In the age distribution,elderly patients≥60 years old accounted for 51.48%,the oldest was 86 years old,the youngest was 22 years old,and the average age was(59.34±11.76)years.2.Luck characteristics of birth date:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of year evolutive phase(P>0.05).(2)The distribution difference of celestial manager qi and qi in the earth was statistically significant(P<0.05),The patients with Yangmingzaojin celestial manager qi and Shaoyinjunhuo qi in the earth are the most,accounting for 21.19%.The patients with Taiyinshitu celestial manager qi and Taiyanghanshui qi in the earth are the least,accounting for 11.84%.(3)The difference in the guest climatic qi was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)The difference in the distribution of host climatic qi was statistically significant(P<0.05).Jueyinfengmu had the most patients,accounting for 22.32%,and Taiyinshitu patients had the least,accounting for 13.67%.(5)The distribution difference of whether eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors is compatible with the forward and reverse is extremely statistically significant(P<0.01).The patients with incompatibility and reverse are the most,accounting for 27.56%,and the patients with the same phase are the least,accounted for 13.44%;there was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of guest climatic qi and host climatic qi(P>0.05).(6)The difference in the luck combination was extremely significant(P<0.01).The discord group had the most patients,accounting for 37.84%,and the Suihui group had the least,accouting for 14.56%.3.Luck characteristics of the onset of year evolutive phase:the distribution of the onset of year evolutive phase was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients with excessive fire luck accounted for the most,accounting for 13.67%,and the patients with excessive water transportation were the least,accounted for 6.61%.Conclusion:1.The susceptible luck factors of the date of birth of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy:Yangmingzaojin celestial manager qi,Shaoyinjunhuo qi in the earth,the host climatic qi is Jueyinfengmu,the eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors are incompatibility and reversal,and the luck combination is the discord group.2.Among the acquired factors,Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is more likely to develop in the years when the fire is too much.3.Combined with the analysis of the relationship between luck and viscera,the onset of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is related to the heart,lungs,and liver.The heart and lungs are hot and dry,yin fluid is consumed,and blood stasis stops.Liver wood is vigorous,which can dissolve fire and injure yin,and condense phlegm and blood stasis are the main pathogenic characteristics.therefore,the physique based on dryness,heat and yin damage and phlegm and blood stasis blocking the collaterals is more likely to suffer from diabetic peripheral neuropathy.The methods of nourishing yin and moisturizing dryness,clearing heat and promoting fluid,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation can be used to prevent and treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Cooperate with acupuncture and moxibustion to adjust the balance of yin and yang and viscera.
