| With the continuous improvement of urbanization level,the contradiction between economic and social development and resource environment has become more and more prominent.As an important way to solve the contradiction between human and nature in the process of urbanization,sustainable urbanization has attracted widely attention in many countries in the world.Many countries and international organizations have proposed ways to achieve sustainable urbanization.In 2015,the Commission on Sustainable Development proposed the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals to promote global sustainable development.Sustainable urbanization,which core is people-oriented,pays attention to the speed and quality of urbanization development,and is a connotative urbanization development mode.As one of the important old industrial bases in China,urbanization of Jilin Province started early and developed rapidly.In recent years,the unsustainability development of urbanization gradually appeared,and the development of urbanization was insufficient,because it was affected by factors such as single economic structure and rigid institutional mechanism.Urban problems,such as resource depletion,environmental pollution,and uncoordinated urban and rural development restrict the sustainable development of urbanization in Jilin Province,seriously affects the coordinated development of economic,social,and resource environment in Jilin Province.Therefore,based on the analysis of domestic and international research on sustainable urbanization,this paper studies the spatial and temporal evolution and influencing factors of the comprehensive level of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province from the perspective of geography.Based on the above research,we provide scientific reference for promoting the sustainable urbanization development of Jilin Province and solving the contradiction between economic and social development and resources and environment.This paper focused on the following aspects:(1)Construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for sustainable urbanization of Jilin Province.Firstly,it sorts out the problems of economic and social and resource environment in Jilin Province,the development and the problems of urbanization,and summarizes the influencing factors of sustainable urbanization.Secondly,analyzing the specific content and connotation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs),the intrinsic link between SDGs and sustainable urbanization.Finally,based on previous research,the comprehensive evaluation index system of sustainable urbanization is constructed.(2)Analysis of the spatial and temporal evolution of the comprehensive level of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province.The entropy method was used to evaluate the comprehensive level of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province from 2003 to 2016,and clustered by Q-type cluster analysis method.Summarize and analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the comprehensive level of sustainable urbanization,and deeply explore the influencing factors and internal linkages of sustainable urbanization.(3)Analysis of the temporal and spatial evolution of the coordination development degree of sustainable urbanization subsystems of Jilin Province.The coordinated development degree model was used to evaluate the coordinated development degree of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province from 2003 to 2016,and it was spatially visualized.The spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the coordinated development degree of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province were summarized and analyzed,and sustainable urbanization was explored.The mechanism of action between the various elements.(4)Comparative analysis of the development level of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province,Liaoning Province and Heilongjiang Province.The entropy method and the coordinated development model were used to evaluate the development level of sustainable urbanization and coordinated development degree of Liaoning Province and Heilongjiang Province.From the horizontal perspective,the sustainable urbanization of Jilin Province and the development gap between Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces are compared,and the problems of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province are analyzed.(5)An analysis of the path of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province from the perspective of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.Based on the analysis of the specific content and connotation of SDGs,combined with the quantitative evaluation results and influencing factors of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province,we propose the promotion path of sustainable urbanization in Jilin Province. |
