Study On The Coupled Interaction Between Industrial Structure And Urbanization In Jilin Province

The optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure is closely related to the development of urbanization,which has always been the subject of research by experts and scholars at home and abroad.Jilin Province is the earliest established old industrial base in China.In 2017,the proportion of output value of three industries to GDP was 9.3:45.9:44.8.The industrial structure was the "two-three-one" development pattern.The secondary industry was the leading industry in Jilin Province's economic development.The tertiary industry was not yet mature,and a series of problems such as unbalanced industrial development still need to be solved.In 2017,Jilin Province is in the accelerating stage of urbanization,with the urbanization rate of 56.65%,but there is still a big gap in urbanization rate between administrative divisions.Therefore,Jilin province is faced with enormous difficulties in realizing the coordinated and interactive development of industrial structure and urbanization.Based on the background of global economic integration and the new urbanization strategy in China,this paper defines the connotation of industrial structure and urbanization in this paper on the basis of systematically sorting out and studying the relevant literature and theoretical basis of the relationship between industrial structure and urbanization.This paper analyses the coupling interaction mechanism between industrial structure and urbanization.At present,the interaction mechanism between industrial structure and urbanization is the driving force of local economic upgrading.Based on the statistical yearbook data of Jilin Province,this paper analyses the present situation of industrial structure and urbanization development in Jilin Province.The interaction between Jilin's industrial structure and urbanization gradually develops from a low level of interaction to a coordinated and interactive direction.Although the industrial structure and the development of urbanization have a correlation effect,according to the classification of coupling evaluation criteria,in order to realize the coupling relationship between industrial structure and urbanization,we need to solve some practical problems.As far as industrial structure development is concerned,the level of modernization of primary industry is low and the industrial chain is imperfect;the development of secondary industry is unbalanced and the internal structure is unreasonable;the development of tertiary industry is lagging behind remarkably,and the high-end technological innovation industry needs to be upgraded.As far as urbanization development is concerned,the level of urbanization development is relatively fast,but the quality is not high,and the unbalanced development of urbanization among regions is frequent.This paper evaluates the coordinated development relationship between industrial structure and urbanization by co-integration test and coupling coordination degree model.Co-integration test results show that there is a significant positive static correlation between industrial structure and urbanization in Jilin Province,and there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship.Based on the construction of evaluation model and index system,this paper evaluates the data of the coupling coordination degree model of Jilin Province from 2002 to 2014 in terms of time and space,analyses the evaluation results,and the countermeasures and suggestions to adapt to the coordinated development of industrial structure and urbanization in Jilin Province are put forward.
