Evaluation On The Coordinated Development State Of Urbanization And Eco-enviroment In Jilin Province

Urbanization is the driving force for the economic, social development and the symbol of human civilization progress. Eco-environment is the prerequisite for human survival and the material basis for the development of urbanization. At present, our country is in the period of fast urbanization, the extensive and inefficient urbanization pattern has produced realistic destruction and potential risk, impeded the evolution of economy, society and environment, threatened the sustainable development of urbanization. So, it has been the important content to avoid new problem, protect the existing environment, explore the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment, realize the coordinated development of urbanization and eco-environment. Taken Jilin province as an example, the paper has analyzed the changing process of coordinated development in each city through the model of coordination degree and coordination development degree, in order to grasp the coordination degree of urbanization and eco-environment in each city and provide the basis for enhancing the level of coordination development in Jilin. It has been divided into four parts:1. Analyze the urbanization process and eco-environment problems in Jilin province. The paper analyzed the urbanization rate of Jilin province since 1949,divided the process of urbanization into three stages: the stage of fluctuated development, the stage of sustained growth and steady advancing. Meanwhile, it confirmed that urbanization had an effect on the amounts and structure in land using,water, energy by the correlation analysis, urbanization had been an important force to change the resources and eco-environment.2. Analyze development level of urbanization and eco-environment state. Setting up the evaluation index system of urbanization from population, society, economy and space, constructing the evaluation index system of eco-environment from pressure,state and response, this paper found that there was obvious differentiation characteristics of urbanization level in each city, Changchun was the highest. While,the level in eco-environment was generally low and the boundary was blurred.3. Measure the coordinated degree and coordinated development degree.calculating the coordinated degree and coordinated development degree between urbanization and eco-environment in different timing through the coordination degree model, this paper found that only one city-Changchun had reached superior coordination stage, more than half were in the primary stage. At the same time, the coordination degree was generally high in each city, but the coordination development degree was low. It suggested that there was a tendency of low-level coordination between urbanization and eco-environment in Jilin province, the room for improving was large.4. Put forward to the countermeasures for the coordinated development of urbanization and eco-environment in Jilin province. According to the existing research,related papers and the northeast regional development report, the paper proposed the paths for the coordinated development of urbanization and eco-environment. Jilin should dig the potential of agriculture, industry to improve the level of urbaization.What is more, it should make the full use of opportunities, including the revitalization of northeast old industrial base, Changji figure development pilot area, One Belt and One Road, to optimize the economic structure, accelerate the urban transformation and enhance the quality of urbanization.
