A Study On The Financial Support Capacity Of The Moderate Level Of Social Security In Shaanxi

In recent years,because of various policies to promote the rapid economic development of Shaanxi province,social security coverage gradually expanded,and constantly impact on the social security financial support capacity of moderate level.The paper based on the revised social security appropriate level measurement model Based on this,ARIMA time series model is used to forecast the scale of financial expenditure under the moderate Social security level in Shaanxi Provinceon the basis of this model based on the use of ARIMA time series model to the appropriate level of social security in Shaanxi Province,by comparing the expenditure proportion of social security in Shaanxi Province and Shanxi province and Jiangxi Province,it is concluded that the current level of social security in Shaanxi Province may be unable to support.In view of this,Shaanxi province should first gradually stabilize the social security to a moderate level;Secondly,we should accelerate the development of the industry,push forward the reform of the supply side,promote the economic development,improve the taxation system,raise the revenue,and finally strengthen the financial supervision,and establish the dynamic adjustment mechanism of social security To achieve the best level of social security.
