Level Of Social Security In Beijing Appropriateness Of Empirical Research

Today, the social security system has become an implementing social policy in many countries, which has played an important role in ensuring the social-economic development and social stability. But the social security system has been various drawbacks in national countries currently, and, which has become a major problem to many countries. The social security level is a key factor of the social security system, which appropriate or not will be have a significant impact on economic and social development.Currently, the study about the moderate level of social security is more, but the situation in Beijing is almost no research. In response to this situation, this article is studied the status of Beijing's level of social security and moderation. First of all, this article defined the social security expenditures of Beijing, analyze the Beijing's social security expenditure, and analyze relationship between the Beijing's social security expenditure and the level of economic development emphatically. Second, this paper analyzes the moderate condition about the level of Beijing's social security, and forecasts the moderate levels of Beijing's social security according the measurement model of appropriate level of social security. By the studying we can found that the Beijing's Social Security expenditures continued to rise, and keep a high growth rate. But its overall level was still at a relatively low level, and exist a large gap between Beijing's social security level and the lower of the moderate level of Beijing's social security. Finally, in response to this situation of the level of Beijing's social security, this paper proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to determine an appropriate level of social security, and promote the Beijing continuous improvement of the social security system.
