Research On The Level Of Social Security And Its Moderate Level Of Yunnan Province

Social Security is the safety net and stabilizer of our country. Establishing the social security system to adapt the level of economic and social development is an important guarantee for safeguarding national long-term stability.Also, it is related to the vital interests of the masses. Being the safety net and stabilizer depends on the appropriate level of social security. The appropriate level of social security is mainly reflected on the structure of population and economic growth. As a government transfer payment policy, Finance expenditure of social security has become an important content of improve economic growth。The current study of the moderate level of social security is more, but the research on appropriate level of social security in Yunnan province is little. Based on this situation, the article discusses the overall level of Social Security spending of Yunnan province. And through social security expenditure coefficient and social security regional GDP coefficient, we show the comparison with the national; on the other hand, in moderation, from demographic and economic development, we use the determination of the level of social protection model by Mu Huaizhong and the level of social security development factor theory by Yang Cuiying and He Wenjiong to Provide comparative analysis. Analysis found that the spending of social security in Yunnan province is in the low level, also in the adaptation of population structure and economic development,it is in the low degree of stability. Finally, this article give a few suggestions of Yunnan social security development through comparative analysis of the above. This paper aims to explore the situation of social security in Yunnan Province, identify problems and deficiencies, and to find a mode that can adapt to the moderate level of social security in Yunnan, and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of social security and the economy in Yunnan province.
