Research On The Moderate Level Of Social Security In Jiangxi Province

Social Security is a measure of the level of the Social Security System development of a region is an important indicator, through an objective description of it can be found in the economic effects of the economic laws and social security operation. So, a modest measure of the level of social security, for the construction of the Social Security System and the healthy development of society is of great significance.This paper reviews the level of social security theory and measurement of research results, based on the calendar year in Jiangxi social security spending, GDP, per capita income and other relevant data, combined with the determination of the level of social security model, Jiangxi Province, 2004-2013 system-depth analysis of the status quo in social security expenditure and economic development of relations between the decade.First, by definition, classification and review relevant theories, this paper describes the system needed to support and related statistical theory. Finally, I put forward the rational development of Jiangxi Social Security System of policy recommendations, including the development of urban and rural social security system, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, and improve the overall level of social protection for the development of the province; and increase financial support for social security; broaden community financing channels to protect and ensure the stable development of the level of social protection; to establish a diversified pension system to improve the level of social security in old age; strengthening the social security fund supervision mechanism to ensure the healthy development of the Social Security System.
