Clinical Medical Professional Degree Postgraduate Professional Competency Evaluation System Research

Objective:According to the request of graduate education in professional degree of clinical medicine,to construct an occupational competency evaluation method system,that include evaluation necessary,subjects,principles,methods,content,application,aim to provide advice on the improvement the occupational competency of professional degree graduate students.Methods:By using method of literature analysis,panel discussion and topic discussion,a competency assessment questionnaire of professional degree of clinical medicine postgraduate was constructed,Delphi expert consultation was conducted in ten medical colleges or its affiliated hospital in Heilongjiang province,through doing data analysis by systematic method to build the professional degree of clinical medicine graduate occupational competency evaluation method system.Result:(1)The evaluation of Professional degree of clinical medicine postgraduate professional competency evaluation should adhere to principles of combining qualitative and quantitative,subjective and objective as well;(2)Adhere to the importance of 360-degree evaluation method in the application of competency evaluation;(3)Evaluation content relating to benchmark sexual competency and identify two system of sexual competency and knowledge,skills,social roles,self-cognition,characteristics and motivation of five dimensions,Meanwhile,the evaluation system should include clinical medical knowledge and clinical practice ability,evaluation of 31 elements such as doctor-patient communication skills;(4)The test and examination,rely mainly on the test assessment system while making the examination evaluation subsidiary,according to the different reasonable selection of evaluation content evaluation way;(5)The evaluation results can be widely used in every field of graduate education of evaluators and all medical personnel specification and guidance.Conclusion:This research follows the competency evaluation theory model and the law of graduate education in professional degree of clinical medicine,preliminary build by Delphi expert consultation method is suitable for the professional degree of clinical medicine postgraduate professional competence evaluation system of comprehensive method,from the evaluation subject,evaluation principles,evaluation methods,evaluation content,evaluation of applications to research and analysis of evaluation,and so on many dimensions can provide ideas for clinical medical professional degree postgraduate ability and using for reference.
