Construction Of Post Competency Elements System For Postgraduates Of Nursing Master's Degree In TCM Colleges And Universities

Purpose:This study uses a variety of methods to construct a system of competencies for postgraduates with a master's degree in nursing at TCM colleges and universities,clarifies the competencies required for postgraduates with a master's degree in nursing at TCM colleges and universities,and better takes the professional needs as the basis.Guidance,targeted clinical practice teaching for postgraduates with master's degree in nursing,so as to provide objective reference standards for the establishment and further improvement of the training model for postgraduates with master's degree in nursing at the stage of clinical practice teaching,and further promote the clinical practice of postgraduates with professional degree in nursing the improvement of practical ability.Methods:1.The first draft of the competency system of graduate master of nursing degree in traditional Chinese medicine colleges was initially constructed through literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and expert group meeting method.On this basis,form expert inquiry questionnaire2.The Delphi method was used to filter,revise and adjust the preliminary competency element system of postgraduate nursing degree in TCM colleges and universities.Check the reliability of the enthusiasm coefficient,coordination degree,authority degree and other indicators,calculate the weight of elements at all levels,and finally form the competency system of master's nursing degree in TCM colleges.Results:1.Literature analysis results Based on literature analysis and retrieval of Wangfang Data,VIP,such as database,ultimately selected 72 articles related to literature,preliminary extracted 8 primary elements,including motivation,skills,self-cognition,social ability,characteristics,ethical decision-making,knowledge,organization and coordination,Professional knowledge,foreign language level,innovation ability and other 44 secondary elements.2.Results of questionnaire survey Elements content based on the questionnaire survey clear level,the important degree of each option in the questionnaire by Likert 5 scoring method,said application SPSS21.0statistical software for various items item statistics analysis,based on the results of data analysis and group discussion,according to the importance of assignment mean acuity 4.0 to determine the level of element framework for knowledge,skills,social ability,qualities,motivation etc.Of the five.3.Outcome of expert group meetings On the basis of literature research and questionnaire survey results,10 experts in the industry were invited to hold an expert group meeting to discuss the composition and connotation of the competency elements of professional master nurses,and the competency elements of professional master nurses were divided according to dimensions.Based on the analysis of expert opinions,the competency factor system of professional master nurses is preliminarily formed,and the content of the second-level factors is summarized,including 39 competency factors such as professional knowledge,scientific research ability and conceptual thinking.4.Expert consultation results Based on two rounds of expert enquiry for Delphi method,two effective recovery rate is100%,Two rounds of expert group authority coefficient are 0.880 and 0.873 repectively the variation coefficient between 0.000-0.250 and 0.048-0.190 respectively,Excluding element score < 4 or coefficient of variation ? 0.25,And refer to the expert modification opinions for modify,finally clear knowledge,skills,motivation,ability,personal characteristics and other5 primary elements,nursing professional knowledge,scientific research and innovation ability,conceptual thinking and other 31 secondary elements.And according to the weight analysis of each element,the importance of each element is clear.Conclusion:This study explores the competence elements of nursing masters in TCM colleges.Through the use of literature analysis,questionnaire method,expert panel discussion,and Delphi method,finally establish the factor system of nursing graduatecompetence,including 5 primary elements,knowledge,skills,motivation,ability,personal characteristics,3 1 secondary elements,nursing expertise,scientific research and innovation ability and conceptual thinking,etc.Weight analysis will be established,Weight analysis of each element,so as to clarify the importance of each elements and the background of clinical practice teaching training nursing professional graduate should have job competence,for nursing master in clinical practice teaching training plan to provide reference and basis,promote the clinical with teaching teachers teaching level and professional degree nursing graduate clinical practice ability,is conducive to professional degree nursing master training and professional needs.
