ObjectivesThe aim of this paper is to establish a set of training mode based on combining the "dual-track" professional degree of clinical medicine graduate student assessment index system.Index weights were obtained by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and will be made into self-rating scale assessment indexes among clinical medical postgraduates in small range of the measurement indexes to test the quality and to provide reference for clinical medicine graduate education.MethodsMethods used in this study include literature review,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and questionnaire investigation.Results1.The preliminary construction of clinical medical professional degree postgraduate evaluation index systemTwo rounds of Delphi method were conducted in this study.27 experts from Shanghai,Chongqing,Yunnan,Xiamen and other teaching hospitals developed an evaluation system including "After-department assessment ","Annual assessment" and "Graduation assessment" as the primary indexes,15 secondary indexes and 43 tertiary indexes were also obtained. The positive coefficients of the two rounds of consulting experts were both 100%.The first round of experts coefficient is 0.9117 and the second round of experts' authority is 0.8457.In the second round of consultation, the Kendall's W indicators of experts' concordance coefficient are high(P<0.1).Experts reached a high consensus in this regard, and the reliability of the indexes is scientifically guaranteed.2.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the index weights at all levelsThe analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were adopted to calculate index weights at all levels. The primary index weights are as follows;"After-department assessment(0.3325)","Annual assessment(0.1397)" and "Graduation examination(0.5278).The secondary index weights are:“Rotary attendance(0.0459)","Clinical practice"(0.1142)",after-department assessment(0.0321)" etc.43 tertiary index weights were also obtained.3.The quality inspection of indexesConvenient sampling was used in the questionnaire survey. The questionnaires were made up of the tertiary indicators.50 questionnaires were provided to clinical medicine professional graduates, and 44 were recycled with a 88% recovery rate. The overall Cronbach's ? was 0.821 and the,and the coefficient of the indexes was good, with a 0.474 discrimination, and the structure validity is good also.ConclusionThe evaluation index system for clinical medicine postgraduate was established through Delphi method in this study.Including “After-department assessment”,“Annual assessment”,“Graduation examination”.15 secondary indexes and 43 tertiary indexes were also obtained and experts involved in the consultation are all with high enthusiasm and authority.Upon inspection, the index system was conducted with great reliability.Validity and discrimination, and it is conformed to the requirements of the graduate education in clinical medicine degree.
