Objective:Vygotsky believes that learners' knowledge is constructed by social and cultural environment.In the famous traditional Chinese medicine heritage studio,the inheritors and successors are quite different from the social cultural environment and educational mechanism they have received,resulting in the difference between the cognitive mode and knowledge structure of both sides.This difference also directly affects the communication between heirs and successors,causing a dilemma in knowledge transfer.Therefore,this paper will set the fuzzy qualitative empirical research on structural equation model and comparative analysis method,in the study of the effect of knowledge transfer path and factor size of mentoring relationship,team culture,organization system,knowledge source,knowledge characteristics and knowledge characteristics of receptor channels of knowledge transfer,discusses the combination of various factors to improve knowledge transfer effect.Through this study,it can be expected that it will help improve the willingness to transfer and receive knowledge transfer subjects,smooth the transfer channels,narrow the knowledge gap between master and apprentice,and provide reference for the transfer and inheritance of Chinese medicine knowledge.Methods:Taking the members of the medical practitioners' studios in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Beijing as research objects,401 valid questionnaires were retrieved by mailing questionnaires,and descriptive statistical analysis and reliability and validity analysis were performed using SPSS 19.0 software;structural equation software LISREL8.70 verification factor,testing and correcting the model,verifying the rationality of the relevant hypothesis.Second,using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis software fsQCA2.0 to re-assign data,test data consistency and coverage,build truth tables,Boolean simplification,access to knowledge transfer factors and transfer effect between the necessary and sufficient conditions.Results:The structural equation model empirical research results:In the initial model,"the characteristics of knowledge source ? teacher-apprentice relationship;knowledge receptor characteristics? teacher-apprentice relationship;knowledge receptor characteristics ?team culture;knowledge transfer channels ? organization system;knowledge receptor characteristics ?organization system;knowledge transfer channels? Knowledge source characteristics;knowledge receptor characteristics? knowledge transfer channels;famous doctors studio knowledge transfer effect ? knowledge source characteristics;famous doctors studio knowledge transfer effect?mentoring relationship”The nine hypotheses were tested and the path coefficients were obvious.Fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis results:knowledge receptor characteristics*knowledge transfer channels*?team culture*teacher-apprentice relationship;?knowledge receptor characteristics*knowledge transfer channels*knowledge source characteristics*?organization system*teacher-apprentice relationship;knowledge Physical characteristics*?Knowledge transfer channels*Knowledge source characteristics*Organizational systems*?Team culture*Teacher-aid relations.These three variable configurations have the greatest influence on knowledge transfer effects.Conclusions:Empirical analysis of structural equations confirms that the strength of the relationship between mentor and apprentice has a direct and significant effect on the willingness and ability of knowledge receptors and knowledge transfer effects;team atmosphere has a direct impact on the willingness and ability of knowledge receptors,but the impact is general;The transfer channel and knowledge receptor characteristics have significant effects;knowledge source characteristics have a significant impact on knowledge transfer channels,and have a decisive force on the effect of knowledge transfer;knowledge sources can indirectly increase the willingness of knowledge receptors through the mediating role of knowledge transfer channels.ability.Knowledge sources and knowledge receptors have a significant impact on the strength of the teacher-apprentice relationship,the team culture atmosphere,and the organization system.Fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis found that the characteristics of knowledge receptors,organizational systems,knowledge transfer channels,the characteristics of knowledge sources,and the relationship between mentoring and apprenticeship are the necessary conditions affecting the effect of knowledge transfer.Therefore,this paper combines structural equations and fuzzy set qualitative comparative research conclusions,from the three aspects of the development of knowledge transfer subject incentive strategy,optimization of knowledge transfer channels and knowledge transfer environment,to promote and improve the knowledge transfer of studios of famous medical practitioners to provide relevant recommendations.
