The Research On The Factors Influencing The Performance Of Knowledge Transfer Among Individual In TCM Hospitals: Based On The Perspective Of Tacit Knowledge

With the development of the knowledge economy, knowledge management is becoming the focus of organizational management activities. As the treasure of the Chinese nation, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has formed its own unique knowledge characteristics among its inheritance and the development process for thousands of yeas. Nowadays the Chinese Medicine hospital is the most important place for the inheritance and development of Chinese Medicine knowledge. Effectively promoting the transfer,inheritance and broadcast of Chinese Medicine has became the source of Chinese Medicine hospitals maintaining competitive advantage. To Explore the factors influencing the performance of knowledge transfer among individual in Chinese Medicine hospitals,it is not only important for the supplement to theoretical study of Chinese Medicine knowledge management, but also important for the innovation and development of Chinese Medicine hospitals and keeping competitive power.Based on the above background, the paper mainly uses the methods of theoretical research and empirical research and conducts the thorough research on factors influencing the performance of knowledge transfer among individual in Chinese Medicine hospitals.Thesis research work includes the following several aspects:(1) Through the review on papers, systematically combed the theory about knowledge, tacit knowledge, knowledge transfer,and performance of knowledge transfer, and made the definition of related concepts.(2) Establishing the theory model of factors influencing the performance of knowledge transfer among individual in Chinese Medicine hospitals,and further puts forward the research assumption.(3)According to the literature review and expert interviews, We designed measurement of the research variables.(4)To thirteen Chinese medicine hospitals traditional Chinese medicine clinical doctors as investigation object, through interviews and questionnaire survey, get 405 effective questionnaires;(5)using SPSS 19.0 statistics software to test reliability and validity of data, and established structural equation model by LISREL8.70 statistics software to check the research hypothesis.Through the theoretical and empirical analysis, the study demonstrated that some factors could influence the performance of knowledge transfer among individual in TCM hospitals, such as the knowledge management level of Chinese Medicine hospitals,the The scene construction for knowledge transfer of Chinese Medicine,the willingness for knowledge transfer of the knowledge source, and the willingness for receiving knowledge of receiver. Based on the results of empirical research, the paper proposes the following suggestions:to enhance the knowledge management level of Chinese Medicine hospitals;Creating the better scene for Chinese Medicine knowledge transferjto enhance Chinese Medical workers’ cognition of characteristics of Chinese Medical knowledge,and so on. Hope the study can promote the research on knowledge management of Chinese Medicine hospitals.
