The Research On The Influence Factors Of Knowledge Sharing In The Team Of National Famous Doctor Studios

Objective:Under the background of knowledge economy era,knowledge sharing as the core of knowledge management has become the inevitable trend of the development of the new situation of various industries.The strategy of "healthy China" emphasizes the promotion of inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine,so that the development of traditional Chinese medicine is facing new opportunities and challenges.Policy of national famous traditional Chinese medicine experts inheritance studio as an important attempt to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine,how to play a better role in the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine in the role of traditional Chinese medicine is particularly necessary.Based on the knowledge sharing level,this paper studies the team of famous medical heritage studio team,constructs the influencing factors model of team knowledge sharing team,analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge sharing and sharing level,influences the interaction between path and its influencing factors,so as to explore the internal mechanism of knowledge sharing of famous medical team and provide suggestions for the study of knowledge sharing in Chinese medicine.Methods:The paper takes the members of famous traditional Chinese medicine experts inheritance studio as the object of investigation,Combining the theory of planned behavior with sense-making theory,social exchange theory and cultural cognition theory,through literature review and expert interviews to build research model.The questionnaire was used to obtain the sample data,and the descriptive statistics,reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Finally,the model is analyzed by LISREL8.70 software,and the model is verified and modified to verify the rationality of the relevant hypothesisResults:In all the hypotheses in the initial model,except four supposes not to pass that,Knowledge sharing context has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing level ","Knowledge sharing level has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing scenarios","Knowledge-sharing context has a significant positive impact on recipient 's willingness and ability" and "Recipient 's willingness and ability have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing scenarios ".The remaining 18 assumptions are established.In addition,there is an interaction between knowledge sharing scenarios,shareers' willingness and ability,and knowledge characteristics.At the same time,the reference index MI,increase the influence path of Knowledge sharing behavior to Knowledge sharing level,and the path coefficient obviously.Conclusions:The research proves that shareers' willingness and ability,recipient's willingness and ability,the knowledge characteristic,knowledge sharing scenarios all directly or indirectly affect the knowledge sharing behavior and the knowledge sharing level.In addition,there is an interaction between knowledge sharing scenarios,shareers' willingness and ability,and knowledge characteristics.Therefore,the research proposes suggestions from improving the members' knowledge sharing willingness and ability,creating an organizational context conducive to knowledge sharing of traditional Chinese medicine,adhere to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and sharing feature knowledge.In order to promote and improve the knowledge sharing behavior and level.
