| Objective:This dissertation is based on the distributed cognitive perspective,combined with the knowledge transfer factor model,trying to tease out the mapping relationship of knowledge transfer model based on distributed cognitive theory,and based on this,constructs the influencing factors model of distributed transfer of knowledge of the famous TCM studios.For the qualitative comparative analysis of the logical features,revealing the intrinsic mechanism of multiple influencing factors interacting with each other on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer.Combined with empirical analysis,this paper explores the mechanism of the different effects of different factors on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer.Finally,we extract the best factor combination path that affects the knowledge transfer effectiveness of the famous TCM studios,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of knowledge transfer in famous TCM studios.Methods:This paper takes the person in charge and heir of the famous medical studio in the western region as the research object,and firstly uses the expert consultation method to ensure the content of the questionnaire is reasonable.Secondly,we collected 375 valid questionnaires through questionnaire survey.Then we used SPSS22.0 software to test the reliability and validity of the recovery scale and conduct descriptive analysis.Thirdly,we use the qualitative comparative analysis method based on fuzzy set to apply fsQCA2.0 to explore how these factors relate to each other and form a combination of factors to the effectiveness of knowledge transfer.Finally,we use LISREL8.70 software to analyze the structural equations of the model,to compare the empirical results of the two,and verify the rationality of the relevant hypotheses.Results:The research results through qualitative comparative analysis shows that the combination of negative knowledge and positive team learning,the positive combination of positive knowledge and negative organizational environment,and positive combination of cognitive media and organizational environment can promote the increase of intellectual ownership of the famous TCM studios.The positive combination of the cognitive media and the organizational environment and the positive combination of the knowledge subject,team learning,and cognitive media can promote the innovation of the knowledge of the famous TCM studios.Organizational environment,cognitive media,and team learning are all positive combinations;organizational environments,cognitive media,and cognitive agents are all positive combinations that can promote knowledge transfer satisfaction.However,in the analysis of the structural equation model,only 8 of the 14 theoretical hypotheses put forward have passed the test.It can be seen that the quantitative analysis method based on single factor analysis has certain limitations for the study of complex and ever-changing knowledge transfer problems.Conclusions:The willingness and ability of the transference of cognitive subjects,the atmosphere and level of team learning,the cognitive media and the organizational environment,and the combination of different factors all have a positive and relevant influence on the dependent variable.However,considering a single factor alone has no significant effect on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the synergies of multiple factors comprehensively.Therefore,this study proposes relevant suggestions for improving the effectiveness of knowledge transfer in the famous TCM studios from the perspectives of improving knowledge ownership,improving knowledge innovation,and shifting satisfaction. |
