| Objective:As Socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),a treasure of traditional Chinese culture,needs to be vigorously promoted in the new era.Meanwhile,in order to meet the needs of the new era,TMC education should keep pace with the times by training excellent talents and inheriting and promoting the essence of TMC culture.The Studio of Inheriting National Famous Veteran TCM Experts(hereinafter referred to as The Studio of Famous TCM Experts)provides a platform for inheriting the valuable experience and wealth of famous TCM experts,effectively learning and transferring the invisible knowledge and experience of TMC,and training excellent successors to TMC.In order to inherit the knowledge of famous veteran TCM experts and encourage the creation of TCM theory and clinical knowledge,it is very important for the team to effectively carry out knowledge transfer.Social Capital is an analytical tool which has attracted much attention in the field of sociology in recent years.In order to promote the academic ideas and valuable experience of famous veteran TCM experts,this study attempts to study and understand the elements of Social Capital in the Studio of Famous TCM Experts from the perspective of the Social Capital Theory.It also explores the relationship between these elements and their impact on the performance of knowledge inheritance of TMC,eliminates the barriers of knowledge inheritance,and enhances the effect of knowledge transfer.Methods:On the basis of literature research,three dimensions of social capital in the Studio of Famous TCM Experts were defined,and a theoretical model affecting knowledge transfer performance was deduced.The research of social capital is divided into three different dimensions,and the relationship between social capital and knowledge transfer is assumed.According to the research framework,the study adopts the empirical research method,defines and measures the variables,and test the reliability and validity of the scale.AMOS software was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis of the scale in order to test the theoretical model and basic assumptions.Result:Through testing and revising the model,the impact analysis of the model shows that the structural dimension、the relationship dimension and the cognitive dimension of the potential variables have a positive correlation with the team performance.Besides,the study passes the test at the 5%significant level,which indicates the acceptance of the original hypothesis.Conclusions:Structural model shows that three factors,namely,the structural dimension,the relationship dimension and the cognitive dimension,are the key factors affecting the performance of team knowledge transfer.Therefore,this paper proposes that the competent departments and organizations of the Studio of Famous TCM Experts should pay attention to the formation of team social capital,strengthen the construction of network structure,promote interpersonal trust among members,and cultivate the pursui of tcommon value among team members.Suggestions on how to establish a good team atmosphere are put forward.At the same time,it is found that there are interactions among the three dimensions,which need further demonstration and research. |
