The Research On The Influence Factors Of Knowledge Transfer Performance Within The Team In A National Famous Doctor Studio

Objective:The nation has established famous doctor studios throughout the country after the implement of the policy, the famous old Chinese medicine experts Inheritance studio. As a result, academic experience of famous old Chinese medicine experts has been effectively heritage. By the research on the famous doctor studio team, this paper attempts to establish the influencing factor model of knowledge transfer performance of the famous doctor studio team and analyze the factors and the impact paths of knowledge transfer in the team, so as to explore the internal mechanism of knowledge transfer and inheritance within the famous doctor studio team, which can provide reference meaning and value for the study of knowledge transfer and inheritance of Chinese medicine.Methods:This paper takes members of part of famous doctor studio teams in Jiangsu Province as the research object. By means of field research,225 valid questionnaires are obtained. Use SPSS 18.0 software to carry out descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire data. Then by adopting the structural equation modeling method, confirmatory factor analysis is carried out to verify the rationality of the structural equation model and related assumptions.Results:T values of all hypotheses in the initial model are greater than 1.96, and all have significance. Therefore, all assumptions are true. At the same time, by referring to the modified index (MI), and combined with the actual research questions, two impact paths that "from the famous old Chinese medicine experts'willingness and ability to knowledge transfer performance of the team " and "from recipients'willingness and ability to channels of knowledge transfer knowledge" are added.Conclusions:The research has demonstrated that the five factors that knowledge characteristics, the willingness and ability of the famous old Chinese medicine experts, willingness and ability of the recipients, the transfer situation and the transfer channels have a significant positive impact on the knowledge transfer performance of the famous doctor studio team, so we can improve the knowledge transfer performance of the famous doctor studio team through adopting the measures that strengthening the research on characteristics of tacit knowledge transfer, enhancing the protection of intellectual property, facilitating the transfer of medical knowledge and regularly carrying out national or regional exchange activities.
