| Objective To construct the training mode of graduate students majoring in operating roo m nursing and to explore training objectives,training programmes and quality evaluation i ndex system of three-level of the master of nursing specialist based on the role of the adv anced practice nurse in the operating room.Methods The primary questionnaires were developed by the research group after extensi ve literature study and semi-structured interviews.The precedence chart method was used to research into the weight of professional core competencies in operating room.The twe nty-nine experts provided modificative suggestions on the improvement of the questionna ire and revisions in a two-round Delphi study.Results(1)Two rounds of consulting experts actively coefficient are 96.7% and 100% respectively;The authority coefficient was 0.82;The consistency coefficient of Kendall’s W respectivel y was 0.276 and 0.4099(P<0.001).(2)The precedence chart method was used to respectively rank the professional technical ability and non-technical ability in the operating room.Then we found that the experts pay attention to perioperative nursing assessment and operation ability,followed by the emerg ency response ability,infection control and instrument equipment management ability;in c omparison attaches great importance to the safety in the operating room nursing ability, fo llowed by communication and team cooperation ability,ethic decision-making ability,the requirement of leadership is low.(3)The research established 3 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 61 three-level indicators,which preliminary formed the nursing professional degree graduate educ ation model in operating rooms.Conclusion These experts had high positivity and authority.The results are reliable.The construction of this model is based on the role of advanced practice nurses in operating ro om,which is suitable for the development of a professional master degree programmes i n operating nursing. |
