In order to improve global quality of medical education, World Federation of Medical Education (WFME) and Chinese Medical Board (CMB) established partly international standards for undergraduate medical education and Global Minimum Essential Requirements (GMER). The two international standards pitch undergraduate medical education, which insist on the uniform core requirement; on the basis the difference in various countries or even various medical colleges or schools in different parts of a country can be admitted, at the same time, the basic standards which must be arrived at and the high quality standards should be attained to according to different colleges and schools practice at talent cultivation in each medical college and school. The two international standards not only standardize total tenet of running a school and the course of talent cultivation, but also emphasized quality and educational result that every tache of talent cultivation must be reached, even more, which has become a standard reference for the internationalization of our country medical education.Looking back the course that Chinese higher medical education has growed and reformed, and collating the international standards, we found there is difference between talent quality of our country higher medical education and the two international standards .Among which relatively outstanding behave are talent cultivational goal, curricula int ercalation; teaching means; capable cultivation; prevention and consciousness of colony health care; critical thought; Professional attitude; behavior and ethia; and so on. On the base of analysis and study, the article, around how our higher medical educational talent quality to accord with international standards, brings up some advice: renew educationalidea ,change educational concept; establish lalental demand ,relocate talental cultivational aim; sorround cultivational aim,deepen reform of cumculal system, improve teaching means, improve quality of medcial teaching ;deepen reform, explore new cultivational pattern of clinical skill; professionalism and techical behavior should be core to practice of medicine; increase devotion, insure talent quality of medical education to receive international authorization.
