Chinese Medicine Talent Training Mode Optimization Theory Study Based On The SCM Theory

Chinese Medicine talent iS an actwe and important force in Chinese medicalmarket and medical security system.Training excellent Chinese Medicine talent is the fundamental of the succeeding and developing of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In the face of enhancing the quality of Chinese Medicine talent in present medical and educational system,establishing the Chinese Medicine talent training mode suited to the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine has become an important issue.Firstly,based on summarizing the Human Resources theory,Supply Chain Management theory,System Dynamics theory,etc.,this paper defines the concepts and characteristics of Chinese Medicine talent,the concepts and characteristics of Chinese Medicine talent system and its environment,the connotation of Chinese Medicine talent training mode.Secondly,combining with the growth characteristics of Chinese Medicine talent,considering each process and institution involved in Chinese Medicine talent system such as the selection,training ,allocation,appraisal,continuing education and SO on, together wim paying much attention to the establishment of information management center,taking training as core process,aiming at excellent Chinese Medicine talent, makes the Chinese Medicine talent system training model by using SCM theory and illuminates its systematic running mechanism in detail.Thirdly,Chinese Medicine talem system efficiency evaluation index system is established based on the Chinese Medicine talent system training model in this paper, further more,the evaluating processes are demonstrated by using DEA and the results are analyzed. Lastly,based on the Chinese Medicine talent system training model,appropriate optimizing strategies are put forward to advance Chinese Medicine talent according to the elements'respective operating pattern in the system.Meanwhile,paying much attention to the function of information mechanism of training process in Chinese Medicine talent system and realizing the dynamic connection between each process, thus provide reference for the optimization of Chinese Medicine talent training mode.
