Study On Mechanism Of Based On The "Jilin Province Excellent Talent Training Project" To Explore A New Mode Of TCM Clinical Talent Training

Objective: In order to further understand the current mode of clinical personnel training of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of clinical doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the development of the cause of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper intends to explore a new mode of clinical personnel training of traditional Chinese medicine by combing and analyzing the practice norms of "Jilin Province youth excellent clinical personnel training project of traditional Chinese medicine",and through the evaluation of the trainees under this mode In order to provide reference and reference for the follow-up clinical personnel training of traditional Chinese medicine,we should improve the ability level and training effect,find out problems and make suggestions.Methods: The questionnaire and personal in-depth interview outline were designed by the expert consultation method,and the questionnaire was sent to two groups of students of Jilin Province excellent talents training project.The recovery rate was 92.19%.Excel 2010 was used to establish the database,and spss25.0 was used to test the reliability and validity.The reliability test was based on the Cronbach?coefficient,the validity was based on kmo and Bartlett sphericity test,and the Likert 5-point scoring method was used as the evaluation index to analyze the data.Results:1.Theoretical research results: by combing the training objectives,training objects,learning contents and methods,and assessment standards of "Jilin Province youth excellent clinical talents training program of traditional Chinese medicine",this paper puts forward four new models of clinical talents training of traditional Chinese medicine,namely "traditional Chinese medicine culture + clinical practice + prescription medication +academic diplomacy",that is,guided by traditional Chinese medicine culture,to build TCM thinking With pulse training as the main line,improve the level of diagnosis;with characteristic technology as the carrier,consolidate the foundation of general practice;with the application of classic prescriptions as the starting point,improve the level of treatment;with academic forum as the supplement,expand the clinical vision.2.Empirical survey results: from the aspect of TCM culture,69.31% of the students think that there is a great improvement in TCM culture and TCM thinking;from the aspect of clinical practice,59.26% of the students think that the level of individual clinical skills has a great improvement;from the aspect of prescription medication,67.72% of the students think that the training has a great impact on their own prescription ability improvement;In academic diplomacy,72.49% of the students think their academic communication ability has been greatly improved;compared with the number of outpatients before and after the training,the average number of outpatients has been increased by 6;before and after the training,5.82% of the students have changed their positions,and 11.11% of the students have changed their professional titles.Conclusion: Through the evaluation of the training effect of "Jilin Province youth excellent clinical talents training program of traditional Chinese medicine" in this mode,we found several problems: the unbalanced development of students' ability,the lack of policy support and incentive mechanism,and the differences among students.Through the analysis of the reasons,we put forward the corresponding suggestions: the combination of multiple incentive mechanisms to stimulate the enthusiasm of students and the integration of multi-disciplinary learning Support,centralized teaching and network learning.
