The personal training mode is the important link to ensure the quality of talent training which is the lifeline of colleges.With the rapid development of medical higher vocational education in China,a series of policies have been issued to improve the personal training quality,so as to promote the reform and development of medical higher vocational education.In general,medical higher vocational colleges have not made a breakthrough in reform of the personnel training mode,and the effect of education and teaching reform is not good.In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of medical higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to keep up with the national policy,explore the talent training mode in line with the reality of higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent training.This paper focuses on empirical research and studies on the medical talents training mode of developed countries and summarize their experiences with a comprehensive use of literature research,comparative studies,case studies,interviews and other research methods.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the ‘2+1’ traditional persona training mode and carries out the reform practice of ‘1+2’ persona training mode base on the actual education situation of the clinical medicine department of Yiyang Medical College,and from the perspective of medical-education synergy,combined with the running characteristics of the college.After research,it is found that the reform of the ‘1+2’ personal training mode combined with the Medical Education Synergy has a significant positive impact on improving the college students’ professional course scores,enhancing their practical operation ability,and improving their doctor-patient communication ability.However,the new mode also faces difficulties such as lacking of government’s support,insufficient teachers,difficult management of college students,imperfect assessment system,poor cooperation between hospitals and college and the students’ initiative are not enough.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new mode,measures and suggestions are put forward four countermeasures and suggestions on the lead of the government on implementation of personal training projects,improving personal training mechanisms by deepening reforms,promoting medical-education collaboration to enhance the effectiveness of college-enterprise cooperation and guiding students to cooperate to comprehensively improve their vocational skills.
