Study On The Role Of Clinical Pharmacists In Medical Institutions

Objective:Under the trend of the development of clinical pharmacy in China,by studying the emergence and development of clinical pharmacists at home and abroad;Statistical analysis of the needs of medical,nursing,and patient care for clinical pharmacists;Taking the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine as an example,to study the clinical pharmacist working mode and management system,in order to promote the development of clinical pharmacy in China;To analyze and study the training mode of clinical pharmacy talents in China,and analyze the existing problems and put forward the corresponding policy measures,from these four aspects of clinical pharmacists in the medical community to better play a role as a whole system of research.Methods:This study used a variety of research methods: literature research,brainstorming,expert consultation,expert interview,panel discussion,questionnaire survey,empirical study,descriptive statistical analysis,etc.Results:(1)Clinical pharmacy originated in the United States in the late 1960 s.Is a high stage in the development of clinical pharmacy,pharmacists,especially front-line young pharmacists)almost all of the clinical pharmacists,so people do not have necessary generalities of clinical pharmacy,address clinical pharmacists in this group the,we are more concerned about is how to do a good job in pharmacy practice and service work [1].In the UK,the role of pharmacists is gradually changing,that is,from the basic drug supply to patients as the center of technical services,the following two aspects can be seen:(1)From the point of view of management to maximize the effectiveness of drugs [2];(2)from the service point of view to enable patients to get the best service [3].The characteristics of Japanese clinical pharmacists is everyone involved,and reflect the value of medical cooperation and talent cultivation of several aspects of this [4].The clinical pharmacy of our country rises from 1980~1989,through the continuous efforts of the pharmacy workers,the hospital pharmacy has made great progress.The author through the accumulation and induction,sorting out from the rise to the present stage of the development of clinical pharmacists in China.(2)Survey results show that the medical,nursing,patients with a higher degree of acceptance of clinical pharmacy services.Doctor of clinical pharmacy service attitude present dual nature,can be summarized cautious welcome and selective acceptance;nurse on clinical pharmacist demand expectation value is great;demand of patients for clinical pharmacy service is more and more urgent.(3)Through the display of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine,the hospital with clinical medicine specialty,clinical pharmacists work unceasingly in the exploration practice,take multiple operating modes,especially the "combination of Chinese and western,combined with professional,key breakthrough clinical pharmacists working group mode,provide a reference to promote the development of clinical pharmacy.At the same time,the hospital has established a clinical pharmacist standard practice,standardize the routine work of clinical pharmacists.Has formed a more systematic clinical pharmacy evaluation system.(4)To investigate the training mode of clinical pharmacy talents for our country.The results show that our country has been carried out for self-study,undergraduate education,research,graduate education,continue education of various forms of clinical pharmacist training,has formed a set of relatively complete training system.However,due to historical,social,economic and other factors,there are still some problems,through the analysis of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Conclusion:(1)The United States,Britain and Japan,the clinical pharmacist system is relatively perfect,for the development of clinical pharmacy in China to provide reference.Although China has done a lot of work in clinical pharmacy,clinical pharmacist system is gradually mature,but from the perspective of the overall development,there are many unsatisfactory places.(2)Clinical pharmacists should constantly improve the level of business,and actively carry out clinical pharmaceutical care,according to doctors,nurses and patients with different groups of clinical pharmacy services demand,targeted services,formation of doctors,nurses and patients of mutual cooperation,mutual restriction of good medical environment.(3)Clinical pharmacists working mode and management system can be combined with the characteristics of hospital and clinical pharmacy,through the formulation of the work of the clinical pharmacist standard flow chart,standard operating procedures,a series of standard registration table,building the clinical pharmacy appraisal system implementation.(4)In clinical pharmacy talents training,suggests more attention should be paid to professional courses setting,promote the organic combination of the knowledge of medicine and pharmacy;establish flexible clinical pharmacy training mode;strengthen the training of teachers;strengthen clinical pharmacy practice training base construction.Innovation and deficiency:The innovation of this research lies in: from objective reality,analysis on the current situation of clinical pharmacists in our country service,and summarize the completed clinical pharmacists in our country development memorabilia;The investigation and analysis of the doctors,nurses and patients on clinical pharmacy service needs,determine the future direction of clinical pharmacists;To elaborate on the substantive content of the work mode and management system of clinical pharmacists in China,has important significance for the development of clinical pharmacy and hospital pharmacy discipline construction in China;It is suggested that the establishment of a flexible clinical pharmacy training mode,strengthening the training of teachers,strengthening the construction of clinical pharmacy practice training base and so on,has great practical value.The research of clinical pharmacists’ working mode and management system is limited by the funds and time,there is no systematic comparison and Research on several hospitals.This is the deficiency of this study.In addition,in the investigation of the demand of clinical pharmacy services,the research objects are limited in quantity and scope.These are the direction of the research in the future.
