The Research Application Of Jia Wei Xiao Yao Soup For The Survival Rate Of Post Replantation Of Self-mutilation

Objectives：By observing the negative emotions (anxiety, depression, etc) level andblood circulation state hand in digit mutilation of replantation patients afteroperation,the study of the influence of Chinese medicine intervention on digitreplantation patients’ negative emotions and vascular crisis’s incidence after operation,tried to clarify the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine to promote the survival ofreplantation, for clinical application of jia wei xiao yao soup a theoretical basis.Methods: Randomly dividing60digit replantation patients into experimentalgroup and control group. On control group’s basis of surgical technique and postoperativeconventional treatment, patients in experimental group were given dailyChinese medicine for1weeks. Patients in the two groups were tested Zung’sdepression scale (SDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Hand circulation status scoresheet on the day of after operation1,3,5,7days after operation respectively, and researchersrecorded numbers of vascular crisis occurred within1weeks, then calculated vascularcrisis’s incidence in the two groups.Results: By observing patients after operating in control negative emotions, theblood circulation state hands, the incidence of vascular crisis and replantation survival, etc.Treatment group of30patients survived replantation in28cases,2cases of finger necrosis,the survival rate was93.3%. However, in the control group30cases,10cases of necrosis,the survival rate of66.6%.Conclusions: Application of traditional Chinese medicine after the mutilation ofreplantation surgery can effectively alleviate the patient’s negative emotions and reduce theincidence of vascular crisis and improve the survival rate of replantation.
