| [Objective]The objective was to compare differences of effect and clinical benefit between Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and TCM combined with Auricular Acupressure(AA)in the treatment of early threatened abortion with negative emotions through randomized controlled study and analyze the influence of mental health level of patients with early threatened abortion on short-term pregnancy outcome in order to evaluate the effect of emotion regulation in the treatment of early pregnancy and provide new ideas and direction for clinical treatment.[Methods]A total of 98 patients with early threatened abortion accompanied by negative emotions admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as research participants. They were divided into two groups by random number table method:TCM group(49 cases)and TCM combined with AA group(49 cases). After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and TCM syndrome score were compared before and after treatment to assess the efficacy, and the recent pregnancy outcomes were followed up to calculate the rate of early abortion and continued pregnancy.[Results]1.SAS and SDS scores of TCM group and TCM combined with AA group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those of TCM combined with AA group were lower than those of TCM group(P<0.05).2.The TCM syndrome score of the TCM group and the TCM combined with AA group after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.There were no significant differences in early abortion rate and continued pregnancy rate between the TCM group and the TCM combined with AA group(P>0.05).4.Different education level, mode of conception, adverse pregnancy history, pregnancy complications and TCM syndrome score before treatment had an effect on SAS score(P<0.05),while different age, gestation days and previous delivery history had no effect on SAS score(P>0.05).5.Different age, gestation days, education level, mode of conception, previous delivery history, adverse pregnancy history, pregnancy complications and TCM syndrome score before treatment had no effect on SDS score(P>0.05).[Conclusion]1.TCM combined with AA can relieve anxiety and depression in patients with early threatened abortion, which is better than the treatment of TCM alone.2.TCM combined with AA can improve the TCM symptoms of patients with early threatened abortion, and the efficacy is equivalent to that of TCM alone.3.In terms of the outcome of early pregnancy, there was no significant difference in the rate of early abortion and continued pregnancy between the treatment of TCM combined with AA and the treatment of TCM alone.4.Education level, mode of conception, adverse pregnancy history, pregnancy complications and TCM symptoms before treatment were the direct factors affecting the anxiety of early threatened abortion. |
