Objective:This study intends to take persistent posture-perceived dizziness(PPPD)as an example to investigate the TCM emotion theory of PPPD in each historical period, analyze its theoretical connotation and characteristics, and also compare the relative theories of each period.Besides that, summarize the pathogenicity, pathogenic mechanism, pathogenicity mode, influencing factors, etc.,outline the development of the relevant theories of emotional etiology,At last, verify the obtained conclusions by clinical research methods.Taking PPPD patients as the research object to understand the degree of dizziness and the correlation between various emotions. In order to promote the outcome of the disease, improve the dizziness of patients and emotional condition through the enlightenment and deconfusion therapy in Chinese medicine emotional therapy, providing a medical basis for the connection between emotional factors and dizziness.Method:This research consists of two parts:The first part of the literature research examines the theoretical content of emotional pathogenesis in PPPD in each historical period.Selecting representative medical writings in each historical period, applying general research methods of philology, combining the social background of each historical period and the academic opinions of major medical practitioners, systematically organize and analyze the data, discussing related theoretical connotations and sources. The relevant theories in different historical periods are compared, the theoretical characteristics of each stage are analyzed, and the development of the theory is outlined. The second part is a clinical study, using the Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI),the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and the Symptom Checklist(SCL-90).The Eysenck Personality Questionnai(EPQ)surveyed 80 patients with PPPD with dizziness, anxiety, depression, personality factors, etc.,analyzing their correlation and impact, and verifyiny the conclusions obtained in the first part.Result:(1)In SCL-90,the paranoid dimension of PPPD patients was significantly different in age(P<0.05),and the SCL-90 total score was significantly different in education level(P<0.05);(2)The degree of emotion, function, and body on the DHI scale of PPPD patients were moderate, severe, and moderate, and the total DHI score was 71.40 ±7.66 before treatment.Within the range of continuous dizziness;the score changes to 63.20±4.92 after treatment, within the range of frequent dizziness;(3)PPPD patients scored on the HAMD scale before treatment was 24.40±3.50,which was severe depression, after treatment was 22.40±3.17,which was moderate depression;PPPD patients scored on the HAMA scale before treatment was 23.40±2.63,which was severe Anxiety,20.30±2.21 after treatment, which is moderate anxiety;(4)The factor scores of PPPD patients on the SCL-90 scale indicated that somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostile relations, terror and other dimensions were positive;and the total SCL-90 scores were 2.17±0.50,with a total score of 189.80±43.80(?160),was positive;(5)The factor scores of PPPD patients on the EPQ scale indicate that the neurotic score is the highest, the degree is typical, and the remaining factors are intermediate;(6)The functional dimensions and total scores of vertigo in PPPD patients are significantly positively correlated with anxiety and depression, and the functional dimensions of vertigo is significantly positively correlated with anxiety, depression, and hostility on SCL-90;(7)The regression equation of vertigo and HAMA is Y=27.75+1.865X,and the regression equation of vertigo and HAMD is Y= 35.507+1.471X.Conclusion:(1)PPPD is more common in female patients aged 40-61 years old,and the education level is mostly at the middle school level;(2)The vertigo level of PPPD patients is continuous vertigo, depression and anxiety are severe,SCL-90 score is positive, and the personality factor is neurotic It is typical;(3)Enlightenment deconfusion therapy can effectively improve the degree of dizziness and related emotional state of PPPD patients;(4)The conditions of emotional dizziness include depression, large, productive, violent, excessive, excessive, infrequent,Indiscriminately, among them, the more severe the negative emotional level of PPPD patients, the more severe the dizziness;(5)emotional dizziness is concentrated in "(stunned)fear-induced dizziness" and"anger-induced dizziness".There are few "(worry)thought-causing dizziness" and "joy-causing dizziness";(6)There are mainly four kinds of emotional pathogenic mechanisms in PPPD,that is,a single emotional dizziness, multiple emotions coexist and cause dizziness,Emotional causes cause dizziness for other causes, and other causes cause dizziness for emotional causes.Among them, other causes include wind evil, fire evil, heat evil, phlegm,qi deficiency, blood deficiency, blood stasis, etc.
