Basic theory was built and analyzed by explaining related concepts of Chinese emotion medicine, tracing the source of Chinese emotion medicine literatures and present situation of research ,thus to illustrate the possibility of constructing Chinese emotion medicine. The aim and mission for construction subject of Chinese emotion medicine was analyzed by theoretical research and the frame for constructing Chinese emotion medicine was discussed. As pathogenic factors, they always impact on qi, blood, yin and yang. Among the Zangfu organs relate on emotional diseases, spleen and stomach, liver and gall bladder, heart and brain are closely related. Through the investigation of human group large specimen for some years, we found that liver and gall bladder, spleen and stomach, heart and brain are closely related in the development of emotional diseases, and verified that "liver" played a key role in emotional diseases by integrating animal research achievements.
